تحلیلی بر امنیت زنان در مجتمع‌های مسکن مهر (مطالعه موردی: شهر اردبیل)

زمینه و هدف: این مقاله به تحلیل وضعیت امنیت زنان در مجتمع‌های مسکونی مهر شهر اردبیل می‌پردازد و عوامل موثر بر احساس امنیت آن‌ها را بررسی می‌کند. بنابراین، هدف از انجام این تحقیق تحلیلی بر امنیت زنان در مجتمع‌های مسکن مهر شهر اردبیل بود. روش: تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربرد و از نظر ماهیت کیفی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر اساتید دانشگاهی و صاحب‌نظران حوزه جغرافیا و برنامه‌ریزی شهری بودند که تعداد 14 نفر از آنها بر اساس اصل اشباع نظر به صورت نظری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود که برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل سوال پژوهش متون مصاحبه به سه روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار maxqda کدگذاری شدند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد امنیت زنان در مجتمع‌های مسکن مهر شهر اردبیل تحت مولفه‌های اگاهی و آموزش، معماری مجتمع مسکونی و قوانین و مقررات دسته‌بندی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: در نهایت جهت توسعه امنیت زنان در مجتمع‌های مسکن مهر آگاهی‌افزایی عمومی، آموزش‌های خودمراقبتی، آموزش مهارت‌های ارتباطی و حل تعارض، آموزش‌های استفاده ایمن از اینترنت و شبکه‌های اجتماعی، تشویق به مشارکت در شورای ساکنان، طراحی فضاهای نظارت‌پذیر، طراحی فضاهای عمومی با دید کافی و روشنایی مناسب، ایجاد ورودی‌های کنترل‌شده، نصب دوربین‌های مداربسته، تعبیه دکمه‌های اضطراری در مکان‌های پرخطر، تقویت مقررات امنیتی مجتمع، دعوت از کارشناسان حقوقی و کنترل و نظارت بر کارکنان امنیتی پیشنهاد شدند.

an analysis of women's safety in mehr housing complexescase study: the city of ardabil

background and aim: this study analyzes the security status of women in mehr housing complexes in the city of ardabil, focusing on the factors influencing their sense of safety. the aim of this research was to provide an analysis of women’s security in these housing complexes.method: the present research is applied in purpose and qualitative in nature. the statistical population consisted of university professors and experts in the fields of geography and urban planning. fourteen participants were purposefully selected based on the theoretical saturation principle. data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews, and thematic analysis was employed for data interpretation. the interviews were coded using open, axial, and selective coding methods with the maxqda software.results: the findings indicate that women’s security in mehr housing complexes in ardabil is categorized into the dimensions of awareness and education, residential architecture, and rules and regulations.conclusion: to enhance women’s security in mehr housing complexes, the study recommends measures such as public awareness campaigns, self-care training, communication and conflict resolution skill development, safe internet and social media usage training, encouragement of resident participation in councils, designing surveillable spaces, creating public spaces with adequate visibility and lighting, establishing controlled entry points, installing cctv cameras, equipping high-risk areas with emergency buttons, strengthening security regulations, consulting legal experts, and monitoring security personnel.
