طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی برنامه‌درسی بصیرت افزایی مهدویت در خانواده‌ها

هدف: در حال حاضر دوره های بصیرت افزایی یکی از رویکردهای معرفت افزایی کارکنان در بسیاری از سازمان های کشور است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگوی برنامه‌درسی بصیرت‌افزایی مهدویت در خانواده‌ها بود.روش:این پژوهش کاربردی از نوع آمیخته از سه رویکرد تحلیل اسناد، تحلیل محتوا و روش توصیفی-‌تحلیلی بهره گرفته است. برای شناسایی مولفه‌های مهدویت در خانواده‌ها اسنادبالادستی و سندتوسعه فرهنگ مهدویت درmaxqdaبه شیوه چارمز(2006)تحلیل شد و به منظور شناسایی مولفه‌های بصیرت‌افزایی مهدویت در خانواده و طراحی الگوی برنامه‌درسی با13نفر از متخصصان موضوعی مصاحبه‌نیمه ساختار یافته صورت گرفت که داده‌ها درmaxqdaبه شیوه اشتراوس -کوربین تحلیل شد و نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود. معیار انتخاب نمونه اشباع داده‌ها و روایی و اصالت داده‌ها توسط4نفر از متخصصان موضوعی تایید شد. در بخش کمی به منظور اعتبارسنجی الگو با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند از نوع گلوله برفی،88نفر از فعالان آموزشی، پژوهشی و فرهنگی و اجرایی مهدویت در استان فارس را شامل شد. ابزار اندازه‌گیری پرسشنامه-محقق ساخته با61سوال بود که روایی محتوایی آن تایید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ(0.97)سنجیده شد.داده‌ها در این بخش با تحلیل عامل‌تاییدی اعتبارسنجی شدند. یافته‌ها:پس از تحلیل اسناد تعداد6کدمتمرکز،114کداولیه استخراج شد.کد‌های حاصل از تحلیل‌محتوای مصاحبه‌ها شامل6کدانتخابی،21کدمحوری و152کد باز بود که با استفاده از نتایج آن الگوی برنامه‌درسی طراحی شد.نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که مولفه‌های الگو از برازش عالی برخوردار است(rmsea=045.0).نتیجه‌گیری:یافته‌های بخش کیفی پژوهش علاوه‌بر شناساندن مولفه‌های مهدویت درخانواده منجر به طراحی الگوی برنامه درسی بصیرت‌افزایی مهدویت در خانواده شد.این الگو سبب توسعه فرهنگ مهدویت و نهادینه شدن آن به وسیله خانواده به عنوان کانون اصلی تربیت معنوی افراد جامعه خواهد شد.علاوه‌براین، الگوی طراحی شده از نظر متخصصان علمی و اجرایی در حوزه مهدویت از اعتبار بالایی برخوردار است.

design and validation of a curriculum model for mahdaviat insight enhancement in families

purpose:the purpose of the current research was designing and validation a model for increasng insight of mahdismcurriculum at families.method:this applied research ofmixed type has used three approachesof document analysis,content analysis and quantitative with descriptive-analytical method.inorder toidentify the componentsof mahdism in families,thehigh-level documents and the document of the development of mahdism culture were analyzed according tocharms(2006)method,andin order to identify the components ofmahdism in the family and to design a curriculum model,13subject expertswere interviewed.itwas structured, the data was analyzed in maxqdaaccording to strauss-corbin method and the sampling was purposeful.the sample selection criteria of data saturation and validity and authenticity of data were confirmed by4subject experts.in the quantitative part, in order to validate the model with the purposeful snowball sampling method,88educational, research and cultural and executive activists of mahdism in fars province were included.the measurement tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with61questions, whose content validity was confirmed and its reliability was measured withcronbach’s alpha(0.97).the data in this section were validated bycfa efa.findings:after analyzing the documents,6centralized codes and114primary codes were extracted.the codes obtained from the content analysis of the interviews included6selective codes,21central codes and152open codes,and the curriculum template was designed using those results.the model have excellent fit(rmsea=0.045).conclusion:the findings of the qualitative part of the research,in addition to identifying thecomponents of mahdism in the family,led to the design of a curriculum model to increase the insight of mahdism in the family. the designed model has high credibility from the point of view of scientific and executive experts in the field of mahdism.
