تدوین و اعتباریابی بسته آموزشی صمیمیت زناشویی و اثربخشی آن بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین متعارض

زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین و اعتبار یابی بسته آموزشی صمیمیت زناشویی و اثر بخشی آن بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین متعارض است.روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته(کیفی-کمی) است. بخش کیفی با روش توصیفی پدیدارشناسی و بخش کمی ،روش تحقیق نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون، گروه کنترل و پیگیری انجام شده است .جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل کلیه زوجین صمیمی است که با استفاده از نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب و با 11 زوج به اشباع نظری رسیده است در بخش کمی نیز شامل زوجین متعارضی است که در سال 1401-1402 به مراکز مشاوره مراجعه کرده اند. تعداد 20 زوج به عنوان نمونه و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه گواه و آزمایش قرار گرفتند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها در بخش کمی پرسشنامه تعارض های زناشویی (mcq) و الگوهای ارتباطی (cpq)بود. برای نتایج پژوهش کمی ، تحلیل واریانس اندازه گیری مکرر با نرم افزار spss نسخه 26 بررسی شده است.یافته ها: بر اساس مولفه ها ی استخراج شده ، بسته آموزشی صمیمیت در قالب 12 جلسه آموزشی طراحی گردیده است همچنین یافته ها نشان داده است که بسته آموزشی صمیمیت زناشویی بر الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین متعارض اثربخش است.( 05/0p>) نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اثربخشی بسته آموزشی صمیمیت زناشویی ، پیشنهاد می شود از این بسته در مراکز آموزش خانواده، محاکم دادگستری و مشاوره ازدواج و خانواده استفاده شود.

development and validation of a marital intimacy training package and its effectiveness on the communication patterns of conflicting couples

background and purpose: the aim of the present study is to compile and validate the educational package of marital intimacy and its effectiveness on the communication patterns of conflicted couples.method: the method of the current research is of a mixed type (qualitative-quantitative). the qualitative part was done with descriptive phenomenological method and the quantitative part was done with semi-experimental research method with pre-test-post-test design, control group and follow-up. the statistical population of the qualitative section includes all intimate couples who were selected using snowball sampling and reached theoretical saturation with 11 couples. in the quantitative section, it also includes conflicted couples who referred to counseling centers in 1401-1402. a number of 20 couples were randomly selected as a sample in two control and experimental groups. the tool for collecting data in the quantitative part was the marital conflicts questionnaire (mcq) and communication patterns (cpq). for the results of the quantitative research, the analysis of variance of repeated measurements has been checked with spss software version 26. findings: based on the extracted components, the intimacy training package has been designed in the form of 12 training sessions. also, the findings have shown that the marital intimacy training package is effective on conflicting couples’ communication patterns (p>0.05).conclusion: considering the effectiveness of the marital intimacy educational package, it is suggested to use this package in family education centers, courts of law and marriage and family counseling.
