پیش‏ بینی گرایش به سوءمصرف مواد در نوجوانان دختر براساس انسجام روانی و شفقت‏ورزی به خود

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی تاثیر انسجام روانی و شفقت‌ورزی به خود بر گرایش به سوءمصرف مواد در نوجوانان دختر شهر تهران انجام شد.روش: پژوهش توصیفی مقطعی و از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. تمامی نوجوانان دختر مشغول به تحصیل در مقطع متوسطه دوم در مدارس دولتی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 1402 جمعیت آماری پژوهش را تشکیل دادند، که از بین آن‏ها با روش نمونه‏گیری تصادفی خوشه‏ای چندمرحله‏ای انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده‏ها علاوه بر چک‏لیست اطلاعات دموگرافیک فرم محقق ساخته از پرسشنامه استعداد اعتیاد ویراست نوجوانان (زینالی، 1393)، پرسشنامه تجدیدنظر شده احساس انجسام روانی (فلنسبرگ و همکاران، 2006) و پرسشنامه شفقت‏ورزی به خود (نف، 2003) استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: تحلیل اطلاعات با روش‏های آمار توصیفی و ماتریس همبستگی و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه با spss v26 انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین نمره کل انسجام روانی (0.65 =r و 0.012>p) و ابعاد آن با گرایش نوجوانان دختر به سومصرف مواد همبستگی معکوس و معناداری وجود دارد. بین نمره کل شفقت‏ورزی به خود (0.47 =r و 0.018>p) و ابعاد آن شامل مهربانی با خود، ذهن آگاهی و اشتراکات انسانی با گرایش به سوءمصرف مواد، همبستگی معکوس و معنادار و بین ابعاد خودانتقادی، انزوا و همانندسازی با گرایش به سوءمصرف مواد همبستگی مثبت و معناداری وجود داشت (0.05>p ).نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها بر اهمیت تقویت انسجام روانی و شفقت‌ورزی به خود در کاهش گرایش به سوءمصرف مواد در نوجوانان دختر تاکید دارند که این امر نشان‌دهنده ارزش این دو عامل در برنامه‌های پیشگیری و آموزشی است.

predicting the tendency towards substance abuse in female high school students based on psychological coherence and self-compassion

background and objective: this study evaluates the impact of psychological coherence and self compassion on the tendency towards substance abuse among female high school students in tehran, aiming to identify effective factors in preventing high risk behaviors.method: this was a descriptive correlational study. the population comprised all female high school students in tehran’s public schools during the 2023 academic year. a sample of 180 students was selected through multi stage cluster random sampling, considering plant’s formula for sample size determination (8m + 50 ≤ n). data were collected using a demographic checklist, addiction propensity questionnaire juvenile edition (zinali,2013), the sense of coherence scale (flensborg et al.,2006), the self compassion questionnaire (neff,2003) and adult attachment inventory (hazan shaver,1987).findings: data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation), tests of parametric assumptions, correlation matrices, and multiple linear regression with spss v26. the results indicated a significant inverse correlation between overall psychological coherence scores (r = 0.65, p < 0.012) and its dimensions with the tendency of female adolescents towards substance abuse. a significant inverse correlation was also found between overall self compassion scores (r = 0.47, p < 0.018) and its aspects including self kindness, mindfulness, and common humanity with the tendency towards substance abuse, while the dimensions of self criticism, isolation, and over identification showed a significant positive correlation (p < 0.05).conclusion: the findings emphasize the importance of enhancing psychological coherence and self compassion to reduce the propensity for substance abuse in female adolescents, highlighting their value in prevention and educational programs.
