حقوق مالی زن مجرد در قوانین موضوعه ایران

زمینه و هدف: افراد هر جامعه دارای حقوق و تکالیفی هستند که آن ها را در جهت زندگی بهتر ، یاری می کند. این حقوق شامل حقوق مالی و غیر مالی می شود. حقوق مالی زنان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران پیش از ازدواج و بعد از آن تفاوت های چشمگیری با یکدیگر دارد. که پرداختن به آن ها برای حمایت از زنان و تامین امنیت حقوق مالی آنان امری ضروری است. روش: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تفاوت های حقوق مالی زنان متاهل و مجرد در نظام حقوقی ایران به عنوان پژوهش کاربردی و با استفاده از روش تحلیلی توصیفی با گردآوری اطلاعات مبتنی بر تحقیقات کتابخانه‌ای در قالب کتب و مقالات علمی پژوهشی و بررسی قوانین انجام شده است. باقته ها و نتیجه گیری: یافته های این تحقیق نشان می دهد تفاوت چشمگیری در حقوق مالی زنان متاهل و مجرد در قوانین ایران به خصوص در حقوق مالی قهری آنان وجود دارد و با توجه به افزایش دختران مجرد و زنان مطلقه و تک زیستی زنان، حمایت های قانونی کافی برای این دسته از بانوان وجود ندارد.

individuals in every society possess rights and responsibilities that guide them toward a better life. these rights encompass both financial and non financial aspects. in the islamic republic of iran, there are significant differences in the financial rights of women before and after marriage. addressing these differences is crucial for supporting women and ensuring the security of their financial rights.this research aims to investigate the disparities in the financial rights of married and unmarried women in the legal system of iran. using an applied research approach, the study employs an analytical descriptive method, gathering information from library research, including scientific books and articles, and examining existing legal provisions.the findings reveal substantial differences in the financial rights of married and unmarried women in iranian laws, particularly in their mandatory financial rights. considering the increasing number of single women, divorced women, and women living independently, it becomes evident that there is insufficient legal support for this demographic of women.
