پیش‌بینی میزان سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس واکنش‌پذیری عاطفی و جایگاه من با میانجی‌گری دل‌زدگی زناشویی در زوجین دارای تعارض زناشویی

زمینه و هدف: سازگاری زناشویی مسئله‌ای است که افراد در زندگی مشترک با آن مواجه هستند. برای کاهش مشکلات سازگاری زوجین باید عوامل مرتبط با آن شناسایی شود؛ ازاین‌رو هدف مطالعۀ حاضر، پیش‌بینی میزان سازگاری زناشویی زوج‌ها بر اساس واکنش‌پذیری عاطفی و جایگاه من با در نظرگرفتن نقش میانجی دل‌زدگی زناشویی در زوجین دارای تعارض زناشویی است.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ روش، توصیفی و از لحاظ طرح تحقیق از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری از میان زوج‌های شهرستان تبریز انتخاب شد که به دلیل مشکلات زناشویی به مراکز مشاوره مراجعه می‌کنند. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود به صورتی که از میان زوجین مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره در سطح تبریز، زوجینی که نمرۀ آن‌ها در پرسش نامۀ تعارض زناشویی، یک انحراف معیار بالاتر از میانگین بود، انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه 350 نفر انتخاب شد. شرکت‌کنندگان پرسش نامه‌های سازگاری زناشویی، پرسش نامۀ تفکیک خویشتن و پرسش نامۀ دلزدگی زناشویی را تکمیل کردند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که واکنش‌پذیری عاطفی (0.265 =β، 4.539=t) و جایگاه من (0.343=β، 3.953=t) قادر به پیش‌بینی سازگاری زناشویی هستند. دلزدگی زناشویی با سازگاری زناشویی ارتباط معنی‌دار دارد (0.380 =β، 6.111=t) و دل‌زدگی زناشویی نقش میانجی در پیش‌بینی سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس واکنش‌پذیری عاطفی (5.260=z) و جایگاه من (2.703=z) ایفا می‌کند و واکنش عاطفی و جایگاه من با میانجی‌گری دل‌زدگی زناشویی قادر است به ترتیب 29.9 و 34.3 درصد سازگاری زناشویی را پیش‌بینی کند.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشانگر این است که با تقویت تفکیک خویشتن و جایگاه‌من در زوجین می‌توان دلزدگی زناشویی را کاهش داد و از این طریق سازگاری زناشویی زوجین نیز افزایش پیدا می‌کند.

predicting the degree of marital compatibility based on emotional reactivity and my position with the mediation of marital boredom in couples with marital conflict

a the purpose of this study is to predict the marital compatibility of couples based on emotional reactivity and my position considering the role of mediator of marital boredom in couples with marital conflict.materials and methods: the present research was descriptive and relational in terms of method and correlational in terms of research design. in this research, the statistical population has been selected from the couples of tabriz city who refer to counseling centers in tabriz city due to marital problems. size was 20 samples for each predictor variable, which was selected considering the minimum sample size of 350 people in structural equation model research (habibi and adenvar, 2016). participants completed the kansas marital conflict scale (kmcs), marital adjustment questionnaire, dissociation of self questionnaire (dsi 2), and marital questionnaire.findings: the findings showed that emotional reactivity (β=0.265, t=4.539) and my position (β=0.343, t=3.953) can predict marital compatibility. are. also, the findings of the research showed that marital boredom has a significant relationship with marital adjustment (β=0.380, t=6.111) and marital boredom has a mediating role in predicting marital adjustment based on emotional reactivity. (z=5.260) and my position (z=2.703) and emotional reaction with the mediation of marital disappointment can predict 29.9 percent of marital adjustment and my position with the mediation of marital disappointment is able to predict 34.3% predict marital compatibility.conclusion: the results show that by strengthening the separation of self and my teahouse in zajin, marital boredom can be reduced and thus the marital compatibility of couples also increases.
