گونه شناسی تعاملات اثربخش زنان یگان ویژه در کنترل نظم و امنیت: دیدگاه خبرگان فراجا

زمینه و هدف: امروزه آموزش زنان یگان ویژه با توجه به حضور زنان در فعالیتهاى مجرمانه ی جهت بر هم زدن نظم و امنیت عمومی، ضرورت دارد. این پژوهش با هدف گونه شناسی تعاملات اثربخش زنان یگان ویژه در کنترل نظم و امنیت انجام شد. روش شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ شیوه اجرا از نوع تحقیقات کیفی که با روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان این پژوهش خبرگان اجرایی نیروی انتظامی و خبرگان علمی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین بودند که با استفاده از شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. شیوه گردآوری داده ها با استفاده از جلسات فوکوس کروپ و مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته صورت گرفت.یافته‌ها: گونه شناسی تعاملات اثربخش در قالب 3 مقوله کلی، 9 مقوله فرعی و 96 مفهوم استخراج شدند. یافته های موجود در قالب 3 مقوله کلی در ابعاد تعاملات فردی، تعاملات برون سازمانی و تعاملات درون سازمانی کدگذاری شدند. تعاملات فردی شامل مقولات فرعی هوش هیجانی، ارتباط کلامی، ارتباط غیرکلامی، اقتدار و تفکر منطقی و تعاملات برون سازمانی شامل مقولات فرعی تعامل بین فردی با مردم و تعامل با اجتماعات و تعاملات درون سازمانی شامل مقولات فرعی اجرای ماموریت و تعامل با همکاران بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که به منظور موفقیت هر چه بیشتر زنان یگان ویژه در زمینه ی ماموریت های انتظام بخشی و مردم یاری لازم است مقولات و مفاهیم گونه شناسی تعاملات اثربخش مورد توجه دست اندرکاران آموزش قرار گیرد.

typology of effective interactions of special forces women in maintaining order and security: police expert perspectives

background and purpose: today, the training of special unit women is necessary due to the presence of women in criminal activities in order to disrupt public order and security. methodology: in terms of purpose, the present research is practical and in terms of implementation method, it is a qualitative research that was conducted with content analysis method. the participants of this research were executive experts of the police force and scientific experts of amin university of police sciences, who were selected using the purposeful sampling method. the method of data collection was done using focus groups and semi-structured interviews. after interviewing 18 people, theoretical saturation was achieved. in order to code the text of the meetings and interviews conducted using content analysis and atlas methods. te was used.findings: typology of effective interactions were extracted in the form of 3 general categories, 9 sub-categories and 96 concepts. the findings were coded in the form of 3 general categories in the dimensions of individual interactions, extra-organizational interactions, and intra-organizational interactions. verbal communication, non-verbal communication, authority and logical thinking; the general category of intra-organizational interactions includes the sub-categories of mission implementation and interaction with colleagues.conclusion: the results of this research showed that in order to achieve as much success as possible for the women of the special unit in the field of policing and public assistance missions,
