تعامل پلیس و اموزش و پرورش برای پیشگیری اجتماعی

زمینه و هدف: بررسی و شناسایی شیوه های تعامل پلیس با آموزش و پرورش به منظور تدوین راهبرد پیشگیری از بزهکاری و بزه دیدگی دانش آموزان ضروری به نظر می رسد. بر همین اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر شناخت چگونگی تعامل پلیس با آموزش و پرورش در پیشگیری اجتماعی از جرم می باشد.روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف جزء پژوهش های کاربردی و به لحاظ روش جزء پژوهش های کیفی از نوع تحلیل تماتیک می باشد. جامعه مورد مصاحبه تحقیق شامل خبرگان مرتبط با موضوع پیشگیری در معاونت اجتماعی فاتب، پلیس پیشگیری (سرکلانتری های یازده گانه) و همچنین مسئولین مرتبط با موضوع در آموزش و پرورش بوده اند. نمونه گیری به شیوه هدفمند و با مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود.مصاحبه با مشارکت‌کنندگان با 25 نفر به اشباع رسید . گردآوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها براساس تکنیک های روش تحلیل مضمون با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda است. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که تعامل پلیس با آموزش و پرورش در پیشگیری اجتماعی از جرم شامل چهار نوع کلی تعامل فرهنگی(سطح فردی، سطح بین سازمانی و سطح کلان)، تعاملات اطلاعاتی(اطلاع بخشی، همکاری محور و نظارت محور)، تعاملات آموزشی(برنامه محور، معلم محور، دانش آموز محور و سطح کلان) و تعاملات نهادی و قانونی(روابط سازمانی، نهادی و قانونی) شناخته شدند. نتایج آموزش و پرورش نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از جرائم دارد ولی برای این کار نیاز به تعامل با سازمانهای دیگر از جمله پلیس دارد تا پس از دریافت اطلاعات لازم از این نهاد و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات دریافتی راه حلهای مناسب را ارائه دهد تعاملات ،فرهنگی آموزشی و اطلاعاتی این دو نهاد در کاهش احتمال وقوع جرم تاثیر بسزایی دارد.

interaction between police and education ministry for communitybased crime prevention

background and purpose: it seems necessary to investigate and identify the methods of police interaction with education in order to develop a strategy to prevent student delinquency and victimization. based on this, the aim of the current research is to know how the police interact with education in the social prevention of crime.method: in terms of purpose, this research is part of applied research and in terms of method, it is part of qualitative research of thematic analysis type. the interviewed community of the research included experts related to the issue of prevention in fateb’s social vice-chancellor, prevention police (eleven police chiefs) and also officials related to the issue in education. sampling was done in a purposeful way with a semi-structured interview. the interview with the participants reached saturation with 25 people. semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. the method of data analysis is based on thematic analysis techniques using maxqda software.results: the results showed that the interaction of the police with education in the social prevention of crime includes four general types of cultural interaction (individual level, inter-organizational level and macro level), informational interactions (informative, cooperation-oriented and monitoring-oriented), educational interactions.
