شناسایی تعارضات نقش زنان متاهل پلیس در مواجهه با بحران‌های اجتماعی (مورد مطالعه همه‌گیری کووید19

زمینه و هدف: مقاله حاضر با هدف شناسایی تعارضات نقش زنان متاهل پلیس در مواجهه با بحران‌های اجتماعی انجام شده است. مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش بحران همه گیری کووید-19 است که در واپسین روزهای سال 2019 ظهور یافت و تاثیرات شگرفی بر زندگی اقشار و گروههای مختلف جامعه برجای گذاشت.روش‌ تحقیق: این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی و مطالعات پدیدارشناسانه انجام شده است. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های تحقیق، با 11پلیس زن که همگی متاهل بودند، مصاحبه‌های عمیق کیفی نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شده و سپس داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از روش تحلیل داده‌های کلایزی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد، زنان متاهل پلیس با توجه به شیوع بیماری کرونا، اضطراب و نگرانی فزاینده ای را در ارتباط با بیماری و ترس از ناقل بودن تجربه کردند که همانند بسیاری از مشاغل که با مراجعه کنندگان به طور مستقیم و رودر رو مواجه هستند، قابل درک و معنا است. از طرفی یافته‌ها نشان داد، با توجه به اینکه شیوع بیماری کرونا، تجربه اجتماعی منحصر به فردی بوده و موجب تغییر سبک آموزش فرزندان در مدارس شده است، این زنان نیز مشکلاتی را در مواجهه با آموزش فرزندان و نگرانی از بیمار شدن آنان، تجربه کردند که با توجه به امکان محدود انجام امور پلیسی به طور دورکاری، در مقایسه با سایر زنان شاغل، نیاز به مدیریت امورات خانوادگی و شغلی داشته‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: در مجموع یافته ها نشان داد، همه‌گیری کووید19 به مثابه یک بحران اجتماعی، زنان پلیس را با تجربیات جدیدی مواجه کرده است. باید متذکر شد که به علت کیفی بودن این پژوهش قصد پژوهش گر تعمیم یافته ها نمی باشد.

identifying the conflicts in the role of married police women facing social crises (study case: covid-19 pandemic)

background and purpose: the crisis of the covid-19 epidemic emerged in the last days of 2019 and left a tremendous impact on the lives of different classes and groups of society. this article aims to identify the role conflicts of married police women in facing social crises.method: this research was conducted using qualitative methods and phenomenological studies. in order to collect research data, semi-structured in-depth qualitative interviews were conducted with 11 female police officers, all of whom were married, and then the collected data were analyzed using the collaizi data analysis method.results: the findings of this research showed that, due to the spread of the corona virus, married police women experienced increasing anxiety and worry in connection with the disease and the fear of being a carrier, which, like many jobs that deal with clients directly and face-to-face are faced, understandable and meaningful. on the other hand, the findings showed that, due to the fact that the spread of the corona disease was a unique social experience and caused a change in the style of teaching children in schools, these women also experienced problems in facing the education of their children and worrying about them getting sick. considering the limited possibility of doing police affairs remotely, compared to other working women, they needed to manage family and career affairs.conclusion: the findings showed that the covid-19 pandemic, as a social crisis, has confronted policewomen with new experiences. it should be noted that due to the qualitative nature of this research, the researcher does not intend to generalize the findings.
