ارائه الگوی داده‌بنیاد مشارکت سیاسی زنان در ایران

زمینه و مقدمه: مشارکت زنان در سطوح بالای مدیریت سیاسی کشور از جمله شاخص‌های مهم توسعۀ پایدار است. بررسی‌ها نشان از عدم تفاوت مشارکت سیاسی در قاعده پایینی هرم سیاسی قدرت در ایران و جهان دارد، اما نابرابری در سطوح بالای قدرت مشهود است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگویی پارادایمی از مشارکت سیاسی زنان در ایران در سطح نخبگان انجام شده است.روش تحقیق: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت داده‌ها کیفی است که با روش داده‌بنیاد انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، زنان دارای تجربۀ مشارکت در ساختار سیاسی کشورند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. پس از 50 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری به دست آمد. برای سنجش پایایی داده‌ها، مصاحبه‌ها با دقت پیاده شد و همواره در طول مصاحبه، مفاهیم دریافتی پاسخگویان کنترل می شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش زمینه‌ای (کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی) استفاده شد و سرانجام، یافته‌ها در مدل داده بنیاد نمایان شد.یافته‌ها: بر طبق یافته‌های حاصل از مصاحبه، موانع مشارکت سیاسی زنان در ایران در شش بخش «موانع اجتماعی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی، روان‌شناختی و فقهی حقوقی» طبقه‌بندی شد.نتیجه‌گیری: مشارکت سیاسی زنان تحت تاثیر عوامل گوناگونی است که این عوامل در شرایط علّی، زمینه‌ای و مداخله‌ای طبقه‌بندی می‌شود. با در نظر گرفتن پدیده محوری، راهبردها، طرح‌ها و کنش‌هایی برای مشارکت سیاسی زنان اتخاذ می‌شود، که در قالب پیامدهای این دیاگرام ظهور می‌یابد.

Presenting a Grounded Theory based Model on Women’s Political Participation in Iran

AbstractBackground and Introduction: Women’s participation in high levels of political management is one of the important indicators of sustainable development. Studies show no difference in political participation at the bottom of the political pyramid of power in Iran and the world, but inequality is evident at high levels of power. The present study aims to provide a paradigm model of women’s political participation in Iran at the elite level.Research Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of the nature of the data, which has been done with the grounded theorybased method. The statistical population of the study is women with experience of participation in the political structure of the country who were selected by purposive sampling. After 50 interviews, theoretical saturation was obtained. To measure the reliability of the data, the interviews were carefully conducted and the concepts received by the respondents were always monitored during the interview. In order to analyze the data, the contextual method (open, axial and selective coding) was used and finally, the findings were reflected in the grounded theory model.Findings: According to the findings of the interview, barriers to women’s political participation in Iran were classified into six sections: &social, political, cultural, economic, psychological and jurisprudentiallegal barriers.&Conclusion: Women’s political participation is influenced by various factors that are classified into causal, contextual and interventional conditions. Considering the central phenomenon, strategies, plans and actions for women’s political participation are adopted, which emerge in the form of the consequences of this diagram.
