رابطۀ بین جوّ مدرسه و اعتماد به پلیس در نگرش دختران دبیرستانی شهر کرمان

زمینه و هدف: «اعتماد» از عوامل مهمی است که به کارکرد موفقیت‌آمیز پلیس در راستای حفظ نظم در جامعه کمک زیادی می‌کند. نظام آموزشی و مدرسه نقش مهمی را در ایجاد پیوند اجتماعی و اعتماد نوجوانان-آینده‌سازان جامعه هستند-با نهاد پلیس و نیروی انتظامی ایفا می‌کند. هدف اساسی این پژوهش، بررسی رابطۀ میان جوّ مدرسه و اعتماد به پلیس در میان دختران دبیرستانی شهر کرمان است.روش: این پژوهش به روش پیمایشی انجام و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های آن از ابزار پرسش نامه استفاده شده است. جامعۀ آماری متشکل از دانش‌آموزان دختر دبیرستانی شهر کرمان در سال 1398 با تعداد نمونه 380 نفر است که با روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌بندی متناسب با حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج آمار توصیفی و استنباطی به‌دست‌آمده از داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار spss نشان می‌دهد که در سطح معناداری 99 درصد، رابطه‌ای معنادار و مثبت بین مولفه‌های جوّ مدرسه و اعتماد به پلیس در نگرش دانش‌آموزان دختر دبیرستانی وجود دارد؛ به‌عبارتی با افزایش جوّ عاطفی، آموزشی، تعادل جویی، رویارویی و جوّ انتظاری مدرسه، اعتماد به پلیس در دانش‌آموزان دختر بیشتر می‌شود. همچنین متغیر «ارتباط با دوستان» با «اعتماد به پلیس» دارای رابطۀ منفی است. آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد، سه متغیر «جوّ رویارویی مدرسه، ارتباط با دوستان و جوّ آموزشی مدرسه» به ترتیب حدود 15 درصد از تغییرات متغیر اعتماد به پلیس را تبیین می‌کنند.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش می‌توان گفت، مدرسه و پیوند آن با دانش‌آموزان می‌تواند باعث تسهیل روابط پلیس با نوجوانان و جامعه شود.

The Relationship between School Atmosphere and Trust in Police in the Attitude of High School Girls in Kerman

AbstractBackground and Aim: Trust is an essential factor contributing to the police’s successful function to maintain order in society. The education system and school play an important role in creating social bonds and trust of adolescents and future community builders in this institution. This study’s primary purpose was to investigate the relationship between school atmosphere and confidence in the police among high school girls in Kerman.Method: In this study, a survey method and a questionnaire used to collect data. The statistical population consists of female high school students in Kerman in 1398, with a sample size of 380 people selected by a stratified sampling method appropriate to the sample size.Results: The results of descriptive and inferential statistics obtained from the data with SPSS software show that at a significant level of 99%, there are meaningful and positive relationships between the school atmosphere’s components and trust in female high school students’ police. In other words, with the increase of the emotional, educational, balancing, confrontational, and hopeful atmosphere of the school, trust in the police among female students increases. Also, the variable of communication with friends with trust in the police has a negative relationship. The regression analysis test showed that the school confrontation atmosphere’s three variables, contact with friends and school educational atmosphere, explain 15% of the police trust variable changes.Conclusion: Therefore, the school and its connection with students can facilitate the relationship between police and adolescents and the community.
