بسترها، زمینه‌ها و عوامل وقوع قتل‌های خانوادگی (یک مطالعه کیفی)

مقدمه: قتل‌های خانوادگی به سبب اینکه در نتیجه‌ تنش و درگیری دو یا چند عضو خانواده به‌وجود می‌آید، ویران‌کننده این کانون است. از منظر جرم‌شناسان، قتل‌های خانوادگی، علاوه بر هلاکت قربانی، عوارض و عواقب سنگینی بر جامعه، خانواده‌ قربانی جرم و متهم می‌گذارد.روش: پژوهش حاضر به دنبال روایت‌های قتل‌های خانوادگی است. این مقاله با رویکرد کیفی و روش تحلیل روایت مضمونی برای کشف و استخراج مقولات و مطالعۀ بسترها، زمینه‌ها و عوامل وقوع قتل‌های خانوادگی انجام شده است. جامعۀ مورد مطالعه، قاتلان قتل‌های خانوادگی بود که دستگیر شده و به قتل اعتراف کرده‌اند. حجم نمونه تا حد اشباع نظری بود که با شانزده نفر حاصل شد. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، تحلیل فیلم‌های مصاحبه با قاتلان بود. روایی و پایایی مصاحبه‌ها از طریق کُدگذاری توسط افراد دیگر و تطبیق آن با کُدگذاری محقق به اثبات رسید.یافته‌ها: پژوهش نشان داد که مقوله‌های عمده‌ای ازجمله مصرف انواع موادمخدر به‌خصوص موادمخدر توهم‌زا، پایبند نبودن به ارزش‌های اخلاقی، مشکلات و آسیب‌های دوران کودکی، وفادار نبودن به تعهّدات زندگی زناشویی، برخوردهای زننده و خشونت‌آمیز در خانواده، منجر به وقوع این مسئله یعنی قتل یکی اعضای خانواده شده است.نتیجه: قاتلان این دسته از قتل‌ها، فاقد برخی مهارت‌های فردی اجتماعی بوده و به سبب سرکوب عواطف و هیجانات دوران کودکی از نوعی حس انتقام‌جویی برخوردار بودند. وقتی فضای خانواده مناسب نباشد، امکان واکنش‌های اعضای خانواده و بروز خشونت علیه یکدیگر (از جمله قتل یکی از اعضای خانواده) وجود دارد.

Backgrounds, contexts and causes of family homicides (a qualitative study)

AbstractBackground and aim: Family homicides are destructive of this center because they occur as a result of tension and conflict between two or more family members. From the criminologists’ point of view, family murders, in addition to the victim’s death, have serious consequences for society, the victim’s family and the accused.Method: The present study follows the narratives of family murders. This article has been done with a qualitative approach and thematic narrative analysis method to discover and extract the categories and study the contexts, contexts and causes of family murders. The study population was family homicide killers who were arrested and confessed to the murder. The sample size was theoretically saturated with sixteen people. The purpose of sampling method and data collection tool was to analyze the videos of interviews with the killers. The validity and reliability of the interviews were demonstrated through coding by other individuals and matching it with the researcher coding.Findings: The study showed that major categories such as drug use, especially hallucinogenic drugs, nonadherence to moral values, childhood problems and injuries, noncompliance with marital life commitments, abusive and violent conflicts in the family, leading to the occurrence of this issue, ie murder. Family members.Conclusion: The killers of this type of murder lacked some individualsocial skills and had a sense of revenge due to the suppression of childhood emotions and feelings.
