پیش‌بینی تعهّد زناشویی بر اساس هوش هیجانی و سبک های دلبستگی با میانجیگری پردازش بین فردی: موردمطالعه کارکنان شرکت فولاد هرمزگان

زمینه و هدف: تعهّد زناشویی موجب دوام رابطۀ زناشویی و افزایش کیفیّت زندگی ایشان می‌شود؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر به پیش‌بینی تعهّد زناشویی بر اساس هوش هیجانی و سبک دلبستگی با میانجیگری پردازش بین‌فردی در زوجین پرداخته است. روش: جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش، همۀ کارکنان شرکت فولاد هرمزگان در سال 1397 بود و تعداد 350 نفر از آن‌ها به شیوۀ نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه تعهّد زناشویی (mcq)، مقیاس هوش هیجانی (eis)، مقیاس سبک دلبستگی بزرگسالان (aas) و مقیاس پردازش بین‌فردی (ips) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها در سطح توصیفی از مشخصه‌های آماری نظیر میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و در سطح استنباطی از آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون ساده و چندگانه به روش همزمان و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که هوش هیجانی و سبک‌های دلبستگی و همچنین پردازش بین فردی، هر یک به‌طور مستقیم توان پیش‌بینی تعهّد زناشویی را داشته، همچنین هوش هیجانی و سبک‌های دلبستگی با میانجیگری پردازش بین‌فردی توان پیش‌بینی تعهّد زناشویی را دارند (p<0/05 ). نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج می‌توان چنین بیان کرد که تعهّد زناشویی بر اساس هوش هیجانی و سبک دلبستگی با میانجیگری پردازش بین‌فردی قابل پیش‌بینی است؛ بنابراین می‌توان گفت این عوامل موجب افزایش تعهّد زوجین به یکدیگر و نهایتاً موجب بهبود زندگی زناشویی می شود.

Predicting Marital Commitment Based on Emotional Intelligence and Attachment Styles Mediated by Interpersonal Processing

Background and Aim: Marital commitment leads to the sustainability of marital relationship and their quality of life. Therefore, the present study has been conducted to predict marital commitment based on emotional intelligence and attachment style with interpersonal intermediary mediation in couples. Method: The statistical population of this research was all employees of Hormozgan Steel Company in 2019. According to the study type, which is descriptive and correlational and path analysis, 350 people were selected by random sampling method. Data collection tools in this study were Marital Engagement Questionnaire (MCQ), Emotional Intelligence Scale (EIS), Adult Attachment Style Scale (AAS), and Interpersonal Process Scale (IPS). To analyze the data at the descriptive level, the statistical characteristics such as mean and standard deviation, and the inferential level of Pearson correlation tests, simple and multiple regression analysis were used in a synchronous and path analysis. Results: The findings of this study showed that emotional intelligence and attachment styles as well as interpersonal processing each directly had predictive power of marital commitment. Also, emotional intelligence and attachment styles were mediated by interpersonal processing of predictive power of commitment Have a marriage (P <0.05). Conclusion: Based on the results, it can be stated that marital commitment based on emotional intelligence and attachment style is predictable by interprofessional mediation. Therefore, considering these factors, it is possible to increase the couples’ commitment to each other. Finally, they increased their satisfaction with marital life
