تحلیلی بر عناصر محیطی موثر بر احساس امنیّت زنان در فضاهای شهری مورد مطالعه: شهرری

زمینه و هدف: رشد شهرنشینی، گسترش فضاهای شهری و به‌تبع آن پیچیده‌تر شدن روابط اجتماعی شهروندان، باعث شده است که احساس امنیّت و آسایش شهروندان نیز خدشه‌دار یا تضعیف شود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر عناصر محیطی موثر بر احساس امنیّت زنان به‌عنوان بخشی از سرمایه‌های انسانی جامعه است. روش: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و بر اساس نحوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها با رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی و پیمایشی است که با ابزار پرسش نامه محقق ساخته به تحلیل اثرات عناصر محیطی و اجتماعی بر احساس امنیّت زنان در فضاهای شهری شهرری پرداخته است. یافته‌ها: قرارگیری شهرستان ری در منطقۀ 20 شهر تهران، بافت قدیمی و سنتی، مهاجرپذیری زیاد از سراسر کشور، سکونت افاغنه و مهاجرین عرب در این شهر، در کنار طراحی نسبتاً ضعیف شهری باعث شده که زنان از تردد و فعالیت در فضاهای شهری موجود احساس امنیّت نسبی کنند. در بین عناصر فضای شهری، فضاهای نظارت‌شده توسط پلیس، بیشترین میزان احساس امنیّت در زنان را ایجاد کرده و عنصر مدیریت و طراحی شهری کمترین احساس امنیّت در زنان را در شهرری داشته است. نتایج: طراحی و مدیریت فضاهای شهری و عناصر محیطی در شهرری، باید بتواند زمینه‌های حضور امن و فعال زنان را فراهم آورد و این امر ضرورت توجه بیشتر برنامه‌ریزان شهری به عناصر محیطی در فضای شهرری را می‌طلبد.

An Analysis of Environmental Elements Affecting Women’s Sense of Security in Urban SpacesCase study: Rey City

Background and Aim: The growth of urbanization, the expansion of urban spaces and, consequently, the more complex social relations of citizens, has caused the sense of security and comfort of citizens to be impaired or weakened. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of environmental elements affecting women’s sense of security as part of human capital. Method: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and based on the method of data collection has utilized a descriptiveanalytical and survey approach that has analyzed the effects of environmental and social elements on women’s sense of security in urban spaces with the help of a researchermade questionnaire. Results: The location of Rey city in the 20th district of Tehran, the old and traditional texture, high immigration from all over the country, the residence of Afghans and Arab immigrants in this city, along with the relatively poor urban design has made women feel traffic and activity in existing urban spaces. Relative security. Among the elements of urban space, the spaces monitored by the police have the highest sense of security in women and the element of urban management and design has the lowest sense of security in women in urban areas. Conclusion: The design and management of urban spaces and environmental elements in urban areas should be able to provide safe and active presence of women, and this requires the need for more urban planners to pay attention to environmental elements in urban areas.
