صیانت از حریم زنان در آموزه‌های قرآن کریم

زمینه و هدف: حریم خصوصی زنان در نظام حقوقی و اخلاقی اسلام و آموزه‌های قرآن کریم از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. در این تحقیق موضوع صیانت از حریم زنان را در آیه‌های قرآن کریم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دو پرسش اصلی پیرامون مولفه‌ها و مدل صیانت از حریم زنان در چارچوب آموزه‌های قرآن کریم  مطرح شد. روش: با توجه به ماهیت موضوع رویکرد کیفی برای انجام تحقیق به کار رفت. به منظور شناسایی آموزه‌های قرآنی صیانت از حریم زنان وتفسیر داده‌های متنی، از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. در بررسی ادبیات تحقیق کتاب‌های تفسیری شیعه و اهل سنت و مقاله‌های داخلی و خارجیِ مرتبط مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.  نرم‌افزارهای قرآنی به عنوان منبع داده، و نرم‌افزار مکس‌.کیو.دی.‌ای برای کدگذاری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به کار رفت. یافته‌ها: بر اساس آموزه‌های قرآنی مولفه‌های صیانت از حریم زنان دارای دو بُعد درونی وبیرونی است. بُعد درونی شامل معیارهایی است که بایستی از سوی ایشان مورد توجه قرار گیرد، که مهمترینِ آن‌ها عفاف وحجاب است. ابعاد بیرونی شامل رعایت حقوق مادی، حقوق همسری، پرده‌پوشی نسبت به لغزش‌های زنان و معاشرت نیکو با ایشان است. تاکید بر اجر و مغفرت برای زنان صالح، از دیگر آموزه‌های مهمِ قرآنی است. نتیجه‌گیری: در قرآن کریم همواره بر لزوم رعایت حریم زنان در عرصه‌های مختلف فردی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی تاکید شده است؛ این موضوع نشان‌دهنده‌ی اهمیت رعایت حریم زنان برای سلامت جامعه در ابعاد مختلف است. عمل به آموزه‌های قرآنی درباره‌ی صیانت از حریم زنان و تکریم جایگاه ایشان، سلامت جامعه را در پی دارد.

Protecting women’s privacy in the teachings of the Holy Quran

Background and Aim: Women’s privacy has a special place in the legal and moral system of Islam and the teachings of the Holy Quran. The purpose of this study was to investigate the issue of protecting women’s privacy in the verses of the Holy Quran. Two main questions were raised about the components and model of safeguarding women’s privacy in the context of the teachings of the Holy Quran. Method: Due to the nature of the subject, a qualitative approach was used to conduct the research. Content analysis was used to identify Quranic teachings to safeguard women’s privacy and to interpret textual data. A review of the research literature of Shiite and Sunni commentary books and related domestic and foreign articles was studied. The Quranic software was used as the data source, and the Max KDVD software was used for coding and analyzing the data. Results: According to Quranic teachings, the components of women’s privacy have two internal and external dimensions. The inner dimension contains the criteria that must be taken into account, the most important of which is hijab. Exterior dimensions include respect for material rights, marriage rights, concealment of women’s slips, and good association with them. Emphasis on the virtue of forgiveness for righteous women is another important Quranic teaching. Conclusion: The Holy Qur’an has always emphasized the necessity of respecting women’s privacy in various personal, social, economic and cultural areas; practicing the Qur’anic teachings about protecting women’s privacy and honoring their position brings health to the community.
