طراحی مدل حفاظت ورزشکاران نخبه در برابر آزار و اذیت و سواستفاده در ورزش ایران

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی مدل حفاظت ورزشکاران نخبه در برابر آزار و اذیت و سوءاستفاده در ورزش ایران بود. روش تحقیق کیفی و از نوع گراندد تئوری با رویکرد استراوس و کوربین بود و اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از مطالعات اسنادی و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با خبرگان به‌دست آمد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل ورزشکاران نخبه در رده بزرگسالان، روسای فدراسیون های ورزشی، مدیران کمیته ملی المپیک و معاونان وزارت ورزش و جوانان و روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت غیرتصادفی و هدفمند بود و مصاحبه با 14 نفر از خبرگان تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش کد گذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی استفاده گردید. در اثر تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها 123 مفهوم یا کد باز، 15 مقوله فرعی و 5 مقوله اصلی شناسایی شد. نتایج نشان داد آگاهی، حقوق متقابل و آموزش به عنوان مهم ترین عوامل علی مدل شناسایی شدند. عوامل قدرت رسانه ها، افسر حفاظت و دسته‌بندی مخاطب به عنوان مهم ترین عوامل زمینه ای شناسایی شدند. عوامل مداخله گر مدل نیز شامل محدودیت، زیرساخت و ناآگاهی مدیران بوده است. در نهایت راهبردها شامل سیاست ها و خط‌مشی ها، اعتمادسازی، روابط عمومی و رسانه و قانون  پیشنهاد شدند. تایید نظر اساتید و کسب و تایید نظر دو نفر از متخصصان نظریه زمینه ای  در زمینه روند پژوهش در جهت افزایش اعتبار تحقیق صورت گرفت. همچنین برای تایید دقت از بازبینی کدها( پایایی باز آزمون) و  تایید اساتید پژوهشی استفاده گردید. چنین به نظر می‌رسد که مدیران با اجرای مدل حفاظت ورزشکاران نخبه در برابر آزار و اذیت و سوءاستفاده می توانند از دستاوردهای آن در سازمان های ورزشی بهره‌مند شوند.

design model safeguarding elite athletes from harassment and abuse in sport of iran

the study is to design an optimal model for protecting elite athletes against harassment and abuse in iranian sports. this qualitative study was conducted by using grounded theory methodology based on strauss and corbin approach. for gathering data, studying high level documents and semi-structured in-depth individual interviews with experts aware of the subject were done. the statistical population included elite athletes in adults, the heads of sports federations, the committee of national olympic coaches and the deputy ministers of the ministry of sports and youth. sampling method was purposive and fourteen interviews with elites and experts were collected. for data analysis, the continuous comparison method was used in three stages: open, axial and selective coding. base on the study results, 5 main components and 15 subcomponents and 123 open codes were extracted.the results showed that awareness, mutual rights and education were identified as the most important causal factors of the model. media power factors, protection officer and audience classification were identified as the most important contextual factors. the intervening factors of the model also included limitations, infrastructure and managers’ ignorance. finally, strategies including policies, trust building, public relations, media and law were suggested. it seems managers can benefit from its achievements in sports organizations by implementing the model of protecting elite athletes against harassment and abuse.
