طراحی مدل عوامل موثر بر توسعه ورزش روستایی

ورزش روستایی به‌عنوان بخشی از فرایند ورزش کشور در پی آن است که با فراهم آوردن زمینه‌های لازم و ایجاد محیط و فرصت مناسب، کلیه روستاییان را در موقعیت‌های تفریحی و رقابتی سالم قرار دهد و با پاسخگویی به نیازهای اساسی آنان، برنامه‌هایی برای تقویت جسم همگام با پرورش روح تامین کند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر، طراحی مدل رابطه‌ای عوامل موثر بر توسعه ورزش روستایی بود. روش تحقیق، توسعه‌ای بود و از روش داده‌بنیاد جهت تحقق اهداف پژوهش بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران و معاونان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان، مدیران و معاونان ادارات ورزش و جوانان شهرستان‌های استان، اساتید دانشگاه و روسای هیئت‌های ورزشی استان و شهرستان‌ها در استان خراسان رضوی بودند. با توجه به کیفی بودن تحقیق، با استفاده از تکنیک نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس تحلیل نظریه داده‌بنیاد روش استراوس و کوربین و از طریق کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. به طور کلی یافته ها حاکی از شناسایی عوامل علی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدهای توسعه ورزش روستایی خراسان رضوی بود و پیشنهادات کاربردی مبتنی بر  آن نیز ارائه گردید.

rural sports as a part of the country’s sports process seeks to put all the villagers in healthy recreational and competitive situations by providing the necessary grounds and creating the right environment and opportunity, and by responding to their basic needs, programs for strengthening the body in sync with to nurture the soul. the research is to design a relational model of factors affecting the development of rural sports. the research method was developmental and the foundation data method was used to achieve the research objectives. the statistical population of the research included managers and deputies of the general department of sports and youth of the province, managers and deputies of sports and youth departments of the provinces, university professors and heads of the sports committees of the province and cities. considering the quality of the research, the statistical sample was selected using the snowball sampling technique. the data analysis was done based on foundational data theory analysis and through open, central and selective coding. in general, the findings showed the identification of causal, contextual, intervening factors, strategies and consequences of the development of rural sports in razavi khorasan, and practical suggestions based on them were also presented.
