بررسی وضعیت توسعه فوتبال پایه کشور براساس برنامه فوتبال گرسروتز

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی وضعیت توسعه فوتبال پایه کشور براساس برنامه فوتبال گرسروتز می‌باشد. روش این پژوهش توصیفی-‌پیمایشی است، و از نوع مطالعات کاربردی می‌باشد که به شکل میدانی انجام گرفته است. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش را مدیران و مسئولان فدراسیون و مرکز ملی فوتبال ایران، مدیران مدارس فوتبال برتر و مربیان برتر فوتبال پایه کشور به تعداد 170 نفر (براساس آمار مرکز ملی فوتبال ایران) تشکیل دادند. با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 118نفر به عنوان نمونه‌آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته و چک‌لیست استاندارد گرسروتز استفاده گردید، که روایی پرسشنامه به تایید متخصصان خبره رسید و پایایی آن نیز براساس ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.91 تعیین گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش، از روش‌های آمار‌ توصیفی و آزمون‌های آمار استنباطی کلموگروف-اسمیرنوف، t تک نمونه‌ای و فریدمن به وسیله نرم‌افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس-22 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد، در تمامی مولفه‌ها که شامل ساختار گرسروتز در فدراسیون فوتبال، دانش مربیان، آموزش و تجربه یادگیری مربیان و مدیران، امکانات و زیرساخت‌های مدارس فوتبال، سازماندهی رویدادها، مالی و بازاریابی و دستیابی به اهداف است، فوتبال پایه کشور براساس برنامه فوتبال گرسروتز از وضعیت مطلوب برخوردار نمی‌باشد. همچنین اولویت‌بندی مولفه‌های پژوهش نشان داد که بالاترین رتبه مربوط به مولفه دانش مربیان و پایین ترین رتبه نیز مربوط به مولفه مالی و بازاریابی بود. لذا آماده‌سازی منشور گرسروتز، راه‌اندازی فرصت‌های آموزش الکترونیک، تصویب بودجه‌ای انحصاری، سرمایه‌گذاری در طرح‌های توسعه اماکن و تجهیزات گرسروتز، استفاده از کمک‌های حامیان مالی و ترویج فلسفه و فعالیت‌های فوتبال گرسروتز، از مهمترین اقدامات کاربردی می‌باشد.

studying the state of iranian youth football development based on grassroots football program

the purpose of this study was to investigate the state of iranian youth football development based on the grassroots football program. the method of this research is descriptive-survey and it is a type of applied study that has been accomplished in field. the statistic population of study included officials of the football federation and national football center, top football schools managers and top youth football coaches of iran (170 persons). according to the morgan sampling table, 118 persons were selected as the statistical sample. in order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire and a standard check-list were used. the validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by the experts and its reliability was determined 0.91 based on cronbach’s alpha coefficient. in order to analyze data, descriptive statistic methods, kolmogorov-smirnov test, one-sample t-test and friedman distribution were used by spss-22. the results indicate that in all components, iranian youth football does not have a desirable status. also, the prioritization of the components showed that the highest rank was related to the knowledge of coaches and the lowest rank was related to the financial and marketing. therefore, the most important practical actions are preparation of the grassroots’ charter, launching of e-learning opportunities, approval of the monopoly budget, investments in the grassroots’ facilities and equipment development plans, using of sponsors’ assistance and the promotion of philosophy and activities of grassroots football.
