طراحی مدل ارتباطی سبک های مدیریت تعارض با موفقیت ورزشکاران تیم های ملی ناشنوایان ایران

هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی طراحی مدل ارتباطی سبک‌های مدیریت تعارض با موفقیت ورزشکاران تیم های ملی فدراسیون ناشنوایان ایران بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضررا کلیۀ ورزشکاران تیم‌های ملی ناشنوایان ایران تشکیل داده است که تعداد آن‌ها 220 ورزشکار می باشد و نمونه آماری تحقیق را ورزشکاران اعزامی به مسابقات برون مرزی به تعداد 150نفر تشکیل داده اند. دراین تحقیق از پرسشنامه مدیریت تعارض رابینز (1998) و پرسشنامه موفقیت ورزشکاران (اس اس اس) موسوی و واعظ ‌موسوی (1394) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده‌ها و اولویت بندی وتعیین سبک غالب مدیریت تعارض ازآزمون فریدمن وبرای تعیین ارتباط بین متغیرها و میزان تاثیرهرشاخص و متغیر برسایرمتغیرها ضمن استفاده از نرم افزار(اس پی اس اس) ازضریب معناداری وتاثیرنرم افزار (اسمارت پی ال اس) نیزاستفاده شد. همچنین جهت طراحی و برآزش مدل ارتباطی ازنرم افزار (اسمارت پی ال اس) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادکه مربیان تیم های ملی ناشنوایان جهت مدیریت تعارضات بیشتراز سبک عدم مقابله استفاده می کنند و سبک کنترل کمترین استفاده رادارد. ازمیان ابعاد موفقیت ورزشکاران ،به ترتیب ابعاد تعهد (5.10) و تکنیک (5.00) دارای بالاترین میانگین وبعد پیشرفت (4.29) دارای کمترین میانگین بوده است.همچنین ازمیان استراتژی های مدیریت تعارض مربیان،بین استراتژی راه حل گرایی(3.44=t ، 0.32=f) با موفقیت ورزشکاران ارتباط مثبت و معناداروجودداشت و بین استراتژی های عدم مقابله (0.02=t ) و کنترل (0.35=t) با موفقیت ورزشکاران ارتباط مثبت و معناداری مشاهده نشد.

designing a communication model of conflict management styles with the success of athletes in iranian national teams for the deaf

the overall purpose of this study was to investigate the design of a communication model of conflict management styles with the success of athletes in national teams of the deaf federation of iran.the statistical population of the present study consisted of all athletes of the national teams of the deaf sports of iran ,whose number is 220 athletes, and the statistical sample of the study consisted of 150 athletes sent to foreign competitions. in this study were used robbins conflict management questionnaire (1998) and success of athletes questionnaire (sss) used by mousavi and vaez mousavi (2015). to analyze the data and prioritize and determine the dominant style of conflict management, friedman test and to determine the relationship between variables and the impact of each index and variable on other variables while using software (spss), the coefficient of significance and effectiveness of software (smart pls) was used. also, software(smart pls) was used to design and fit the communication model. the results showed that the coaches of the national teams for the deaf use the non confrontational style more to manage conflicts and the control style has the least use. among the dimensions of athletes’ success, the dimensions of commitment(5/10) and technique(5/00) had the highest average and after progress(4/29) had the lowest average. there was a positive and significant relationship with the success of athletes (t=3/44، f=0/32 (and no positive and significant relationship was observed between the strategies of non confrontation (t = 0/02) and control (t = 0/35) with the success of athletes.
