ارائه چارچوب نظری مبتنی بر تحلیل و برنامه ریزی توسعه مشارکت ورزشی اقشار خاص (مطالعه موردی جامعه جانبازان، معلولین، ناشنوایان و نابینایان)

ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، اراﺋﻪ ﭼﺎرﭼﻮﺑﯽ ﻧﻈﺮی ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ و ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﯾﺰی ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎزان، ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻻن، ﻧﺎﺷﻨﻮاﯾﺎن و ﻧﺎﺑﯿﻨﺎﯾﺎن( ج. م. ن. ن) ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻧﻮع ﮐﯿﻔﯽ، راﻫﺒﺮد ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪی و ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻣﻮردی (ورزش ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎزان و ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻻن) ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از دو ﺑﺨﺶ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺺ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ )21 ﻧﻔﺮ( و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اﺳﻨﺎدی و اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ )41 ﻧﺴﺨﻪ( ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد. اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ روش ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪای، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ و ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ دﻟﻔﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ. رواﯾﯽ اﺑﺰارﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ اﻋﺘﺒﺎر ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ و اﻓﺮاد ﻧﻈﺮﺧﻮاﻫﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ، رواﯾﯽ ﺳﻨﺠﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاﯾﯽ و ﺻﻮری، ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ و ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﺗﻮاﻓﻖ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺼﺼﺤﺎن ﮐﺪﮔﺬاری ﻣﻄﻠﻮب ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. از روشﻫﺎی ﮐﺪﮔﺬاری ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻤﯽ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ورزش ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎزان و ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻻن در ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻧﻘﺶﻫﺎ، ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻘﺶﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻓﺮد، ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده، ﻣﺤﯿﻂ، ورزش و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ راﻫﺒﺮدی ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﻮرﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ، ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎ، راهﮐﺎرﻫﺎ و ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﮐﺎر ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎ و راهﮐﺎرﻫﺎ در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺑﺨﺶ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ و اﺟﺮاﯾﯽ، ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ و اﻃﻼﻋﺎﺗﯽ و آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزی ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب ﺑﻨﺪی ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﺑﯿﺎن ﮐﺮد ﮐﻪ ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ورزش ﺟﺎﻧﺒﺎزان و ﻣﻌﻠﻮﻻن دارای ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ وﺟﻮد ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎی ﻓﺮاوان، ﻧﻘﺶﻫﺎی ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ و ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ، ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ اﺗﺨﺎذ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪاﻧﻪ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ و ﺑﻪﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮی اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ راهﮐﺎرﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﯾﮏ ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﮐﺎر ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ دارد.

provide a theoretical framework based on the analysis and planning of the development of the participation of sports people in particular(case study of veterans, disabled, deaf, and blind)

abstract:the aim of this study was to provide a framework on analysis and planning on development of sport participation for veterans,disabilities,deaf,and blind.research methods in terms of type was qualitative, in goal was applications,in strategy was process and it was case study(for veterans and disability sports).statistical society consists of two parts,expert human society(n=22)and community documents and information (41 documents). research tools was include interview and a questionnaire that done in three methods:library study, interview,and delphi technique.the validity of the tools was evaluated on the basis of determining the validity of the resources and the respondents,the content and formalism of the narrative,the framework of the interview, and calculation of the coefficients of agreement between the criminals. the conceptual coding and the analysis of the conceptual systemic methods were used to analysis the findings. the findings show that the veteran and disability sports development framework can be analyzed at three levels of roles,structure and performance.the main roles are personal,family,environment,sports and management. strategic analysis was included analysis axes, challenges, aapproaches, and division of labor between organizations.challenges and solutions have been framed in four sections:facilities and services,management and executive,communication and information,education and culture making.based on the findings,it can be said that the framework of veteran and disability sports development has a complex structure and,given the many challenges,multiple roles and different levels,it is necessary to adopt strategies intelligently and apply effective strategies based on an organizational division of labor.key words: strategic analysis and planning, sports development, sports participation, veteran and disability sports.
