شناسایی عوامل موثر استعدادیابی ورزش دانش آموزی در سامانه جامع مدیریت اطلاعات

هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل موثر استعدادیابی ورزش دانش‌آموزی در سامانه جامع مدیریت اطلاعات بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از نظر روش‌شناسی کیفی با استفاده از نوع تحلیل محتوا، مبتنی بر روش نوخاسته بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را اسناد منتشر شده پیرامون مبحث استعدادیابی ورزش دانش‌آموزی و 21 نفر از صاحب‌نظران تشکیل دادند. نمونه‌گیری به صورت گلوله برفی انجام گرفت و تا رسیدن مصاحبه‌ها به مرحله اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه عمیق جمع‌آوری شدند. روایی پژوهش بر اساس شش مورد تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین پایایی معادل85 درصد گزارش شد. از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها چهار مقوله اصلی شامل 1)هدف گذاری، 2)عوامل استعدادیابی، 3)موانع استعدادیابی و 4)عوامل ساختاری و 22 زیر مقوله به دست آمد. می‎توان بیان داشت که وجود سامانه جامع مدیریت اطلاعات استعدادیابی ورزش دانش-آموزی بسیار ضروری است زیرا مشخص شد بحث بودجه، جذب حامیان مالی و سرمایه‎گذاری در برگزاری برنامه استعدادیابی ورزش دانش‎آموزی معنای مشخصی ندارد. داشتن یک سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات استعدادیابی به مدیران کمک می‌کند تا با استفاده از خروجی این سیستم کم و کاستی‌ها را تعیین و نسبت به کسب بودجه مازاد از دیگر ارگان‌ها و یا جذب حامیان مالی اقدام نمایند و قبل از برگزاری برنامه استعدادیابی مطمئن شوند که بودجه کلیه فعالیت‌ها را حمایت می‌کند و دچار کاستی و بدهی نمی‌شوند. با توجه به نتایج و اینکه قدرت پیش‌بینی آزمون‌های استعدادیابی برای آینده کافی نیست و پیش‌بینی عملکردهای تخصصی دشوار است، پیشنهاد می‌گردد در امر استعدادیابی به اصول مطرح‌شده برای آن توجه شود.

identifying effective factors in identifying student sports in a comprehensive information management system

this investigation was carried out with the aim of recognition of the agents affecting the iranian studentsport talent identification in the total information management system.the present investigation is fundamental interms of objective and qualitative of content analysis type in terms of methodology in which21 people of pundits were selected by the snowball sampling method and interviewed in depth.data collection was continued until achievement to the complete data saturation and data analysis was carried out through subject content analysis method. validity of the research was confirmed on the basis of 6 criteria of skinner, edwards and corbett(2014), i.e. long-term involvement, sustainable observation, re-examination of data acquisition path, checking by participants, triangulation and continuous comparison. also, reliability was reported using the reliability retest. from data analysis, four major categories including1)target setting,2)talent identification agents,3)talent identification barriers, and4) structural agents and22 sub-categories were obtained. it may be stated that existence of a total information management system for student sport talent identification is very essential because it was specified that the topics of budget, absorbing the financial sponsors, and investment in holding the programs of student sport talent identification did not make sense. hence, having an information management system for student sport talent identification in country helps managersdetermine the shortcomings using the output of the system, proceed to gain extra budget from other organizations and/or absorb financial sponsors, and assure that the budget supports all activities before holding a student sport talent identification program and that they will not be affected by defects and debts.
