ارائه مدل آینده نگری ورزش استان کرمان

این پژوهش با هدف اصلی ارائه مسیر آینده نگری در ورزش استان کرمان صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) و از نظر پارادایم آینده پژوهی و با راهبرد پدیدار شناختی و رویکرد تحلیل محتوا انجام گرفت. به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات از تکنیک مصاحبه و تحلیل اثرات متقاطع استفاده شد. افراد مشارکت کننده در این پژوهش 40 خبره بودند که معیار اشباع نظری پژوهش مد نظر بود. برای تحلیل اثرگذاری و اثرپذیری این متغیرها بر یکدیگر و دسته‌بندی آنها از روش تحلیل اثرات متقابل استفاده گردید. عوامل شناسایی شده براساس روند مصاحبه را وارد ماتریس تاثیر متقابل شد و در قالب پرسشنامه عدم قطعیت‌ها در بین خبرگان توزیع گردید، از این راستا جایگاه هر متغیر پیرامون آینده مشخص و اثرپذیری و اثرگذاری آن تعیین شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که مهمترین عوامل اثرگذار توسعه ورزش استان کرمان در مسیر آینده توسعه همه جانبه ورزش، حاکمیت قانون، محیط شناسی راهبردی، سازماندهی راهبردی، نیروی انسانی متخصص، شایستگی سالاری، بودجه راهبردی، عدالت محوری، رویکرد تغییر، هماهنگی راهبردی، مسئولیت پذیری، فرهنگ سازمانی، نظارت و ارزشیابی بودند. براین اساس نتیجه گیری می شود نسبت به اجرای مدل آینده نگری ورزش استان کرمان هر یک از عوامل اکتشافی بررسی و با توجه به نقش ریسک یا هدف عوامل مسیر توسعه ورزش استان فراهم گردد.

providing the future path of sport in kerman province

the purpose of this study is to determine the future direction of sport in kerman province.the research method is mixed (qualitative and quantitative) with a forward-looking approach,to collect information, we have used the interview technique and cross-effects analysis. the participants in this study are 40 experts and the theoretical saturation criterion is taken into consideration. interaction analysis is used to analyze the effect of these variables on each other and to classify them. extracted factors identified by the interview process were fed into the interaction matrix and in the form of an uncertainty questionnaire distributed among experts, from this perspective, the role of each variable in the future and its impressiveness and effectiveness is determined. the results show that the most important factors affecting the development of kerman sport in the future are as follows: the comprehensive development of sports, rule of law, strategic environmental knowledge, strategic organization, highly skilled personnel, meritocracy, strategic budget allocation, justice-oriented values, strategic coordination, responsibility and organisational culture, supervision and evaluation. given all these, it is recommended to pay special attention to these factors.
