ارزیابی سیاست‌های زیرساختی موثر برموفقیت فدراسیون‌های راکتی ایران در سطح قهرمانی

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تبیین و تحلیل سیاست‌های زیر ساختی تعیین‌کننده موثر بر پیشرفت فدراسیون‌های راکتی ایران در سطح قهرمانی بود. در این مطالعه یک چارچوب مفهومی ارائه گردید که می‌تواند برای مقایسه سیاست‌های ورزشی قهرمانی فدراسیون‌های راکتی استفاده شود.جامعه آماری شامل روسا و نایب رئیس، دبیر، روسای هییت‌های استانی وروسای کمیته‌های تخصصی چهار فدراسیون ورزشی راکتی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بودند. روش مورد استفاده نمونه‌گیری هدفمند بود. نتایج حاصله از تحلیل بار عاملی برای این شاخص برابر با 85 درصد استخراج شد. روش‌های آماری مورد استفاده در این تحقیق آزمون رتبه‌ای فریدمن برای رتبه‌بندی و آزمون تی زوجی وابسته و تکنیک تحلیل مسیر بود. به منظور استخراج بارعاملی هریک از گویه‌های ابزار اندازه‌گیری، از روش تحلیل عامل اکتشافی استفاده گردید. پرسشنامه دارای اعتبار صوری و محتوایی بود. نتایج ماتریس همبستگی عوامل برای انجام تحلیل عاملی مناسب بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد بین وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب شاخص زیرساختی ارزیابی عملکرد فدراسیون‌های ورزشی راکتی (بدمینتون، تنیس روی میز، تنیس و اسکواش) تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد (p<0.05). همچنین بین رتبه‌های میانگین فدراسیون‌های ورزشی راکتی (بدمینتون، تنیس روی میز، تنیس و اسکواش) سیاست‌های زیر ساخت ورزشی فدراسیون‌های راکتی تفاوت وجود دارد(0.05 p<) . بدین ترتیب می توان نتیجه گرفت که توجه به عوامل تبیین شده، به خصوص توسعه ورزش قهرمانی و فرآیند استعدادیابی، ضمن تثبیت وضعیت موجود، می‌تواند به پیشرفت هر چه بیشتر فدراسیون‌های راکتی ایران در سطح قهرمانی کمک نماید. همچنین عوامل تبیین شده می‌تواند به عنوان یک برنامه و نقشه راه توسط دیگر فدراسیون‌های ورزشی در جهت پیشرفت هر چه سریعتر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Assessing Infrastructure Policies Affecting the Success of Iran’s Racket Federations at Elite Level

The research is to explain and analyze the infrastructural policies determining the effective development of Iran’s racket federations at the championship level. In this study, a conceptual framework was proposed that could be used to compare the sports policies of the championship of the racket federations. The statistical society consisted of bosses and vice chairman, secretary, heads of provincial departments and specialized committees of four racket federations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Based on the sampling formula, the sample size of the study were 134 people. The method used was targeted sampling. The questionnaire was formal and informative. The results of factor analysis for this index were extracted at %850. The statistical methods used in this research were Friedman Rank Test for ranking and tied paired T test and Path Analysis Technique. The exploratory factor analysis method was used. In a second phase, correlations between the exploratory and theoretical factors were calculated.The results showed that there is a significant difference between the priorities of indicators of performance evaluation of racket federations, and there is a significant difference between the status quo and the desirable situation of the performance evaluation indicators of the racket sports federations. There is a significant difference between the status quo and the optimal situation of the infrastructure indicator for assessing the performance of racket federations (badminton, table tennis, ping pong, tennis, squash). (p <0/05). Also, there is a difference between the average rankings of racket federations (badminton, table tennis, tennis, squash) under the sport racket federations p <0/05. Considering the factors explained, especially the elite sport and the process of talent identification process, can stabilize the status quo, as well as help the progress of Iran’s racket federations. Also, the contributing factors can be used as a plan and roadmap by other sports federations for the fastest possible progress.
