ارزیابی عملکرد ورزش قهرمانی معلولان کشور با روش تحلیل پوششی داده ها

تحقیق حاضر با هدف ارزیابی عملکرد استان های کشور در حیطه ورزش قهرمانی معلولان انجام پذیرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحلیلی-توصیفی و با هدف کاربردی می باشد. جامعه و نمونه آماری تحقیق برابر و شامل هیئت های ورزش جانبازان و معلولان 31 استان کشور می‌باشد. پس از دسته بندی و توصیف داده ها از طریق آمار توصیفی، از آزمون های آماری کلموگروف اسمیرنف، رگرسیون چند متغیره و تحلیل پوششی داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که جمعیت معلولان ( p<0.003و 3.26= t) و تولید ناخالص داخلی ( p<0.002و 3.42= t) به عنوان پیش بینی کننده های عملکرد ورزش قهرمانی معلولان قابل استناد هستند. همچنین از مجموع 31 استان کشور، 8 استان جزو استان های کارآ و 23 استان در زمره استان های ناکارآ قرار دارند.با توجه به عدم توانایی یکسان استان های کشور در کسب مدال در سطح ملی و بین المللی، نیاز توجه ویژه به  افزایش تولید ناخالص داخلی و منابع و امکانات استان ها و تشویق معلولان به مشارکت ورزشی از اهمیت خاصی برخوردارست.

Assessment of Performance of Athletics with Disability in Iran through Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) Method

The study is to assess the performance of the provinces in the field of athletics of the disabled. The present study is an analyticaldescriptive type with a practical purpose. The society and the statistical sample are equal and include the sports teams of veterans and disabled in 31 provinces of the country. After categorizing and describing the data, descriptive statistics, KolmogorovSmirnov statistical tests, multivariate regression and data envelopment analysis were used. The results showed that the population with disabilities (t = 3/26, p <0/003) and GDP (t = 3/42, p <0/002) can be considered as predictors of the performance of the sports championship of the disabled. Also, from 31 provinces of the country, 8 provinces are among the effective provinces and 23 provinces are among the inefficient provinces.Due to the inability of the provinces of the country to medal earn at the national and international levels, the need for special attention to the increase of GDP and resources and facilities of the provinces and encouraging people with disabilities to participate in sports is very important.
