شناسایی راهکارها و پیامدهای حضور زنان در استادیوم فوتبال به‌عنوان تماشاگر

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی راهکارها و پیامدهای حضور زنان در استادیوم فوتبال به‌عنوان تماشاگر بود. روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی با رویکرد کیفی بود و در این راستا از روش دلفی استفاده شد. مشارکت کنندگان در این رویکرد، صاحب‌نظران رشته مدیریت ورزشی سراسر کشور، روحانیان و پرسنل نیروی انتظامی بودند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از سه دور دلفی استفاده شد (مشارکت‌کنندگان دور اول 23 نفر و مشارکت‌کنندگان دور دوم و سوم، 16 نفر بودند). پرسشنامه دلفی در دور سوم در بخش راهکارها شامل 6 مولفه و در بخش پیامدها شامل 5 مولفه بود. برای تعیین درجه هماهنگی و توافق بین افراد بر شاخص های به کار رفته از ضریب هماهنگی کندال استفاده شد.نتایج نشان داد که رفع موانع سیاسی، امنیتی، فرهنگی اجتماعی، اقتصادی، مدیریتی و زیرساختی از جمله راهکارهای مهم جهت حضور زنان بودند. پیامدهای حضور زنان نیز عبارت بودند از: پیامدهای سیاسی، امنیتی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی اجتماعی.در نتیجه گیری کلی می توان گفت به کار گیری راهکارهای ارائه شده در این تحقیق نیاز به همکاری سیستماتیک نهادهای ذی ربط دارد  و حضور زنان منجر به ارتقای جایگاه سیاسی و دموکراسی کشور در منطقه و جهان، کاهش شکاف بین دولت و خواسته بخشی از مردم و کاهش فشارهای سیاسی درزمینه نقض حقوق بشر می شود.

Identification of Strategies and Implications of Women’s Presence in Football Stadiums as the Spectators

The research is to identify the strategies and implications of the presence of women in sports complexes as spectators. The research method was descriptiveanalytic with qualitative approach and Delphi method was used for this purpose. The participants were the academic elite of sport management across the country, clerics and law enforcement personnel. The firstround participants were 23, and the second and third round participants were 16. Three rounds of Delphi were used in this regard. The Delphi questionnaire in the third round consisted of 6 components in the strategies section and 4 components in the outcomes section. Based on an agreement among experts, removing political, security, culturalsocial, infrastructure, economic, management and planning barriers beside providing infrastructures were some solutions to dispel doubts. These included important strategies for women to be present. The consequences of women’s presence were political, security, economic, and sociocultural. Promoting political and democratic status in the region and the world, reducing the gap between the government and the will of the people, reducing political pressure on human rights violations are important consequences of women’s participation in sports complexes.
