شناسایی و مدلسازی عوامل موثر بر جذب منابع خیریه و وقف به ورزش زنان

هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی و مدلسازی عوامل موثر بر جذب منابع خیریه و وقف به ورزش زنان بود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی– پیمایشی و جامعه آماری شامل افراد صاحب نظر در زمینه موضوع پژوهش بود. نمونه آماری به روش هدفمند (قضاوتی) از بین مدیران و متخصصان انتخاب و نظرخواهی شدند(217 نفر). ابزار اصلی پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی محتوایی ابزار از طریق نظر خبرگان ارزیابی و تایید شد. سپس پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ترکیبی مطلوب ارزیابی گردید. در نهایت، روایی سازه از طریق مراحل مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار پی ال اس بررسی و تایید شد.براساس مدل های اندازه گیری در متغیر ساختاری و سیاسی ابعاد برون سیستمی و درون سیستمی با ضرایب 0.854 و 0.643 ، در متغیر حقوقی و نظارتی ابعاد برون سیستمی و درون سیستمی  با ضرایب 0.733 و  0.580، در متغیر مدیریتی و اجرایی ابعاد درون سیستمی و برون سیستمی با ضرایب 0.831 و 0.665 و در متغیر ارتباطی و فرهنگی درون سیستمی و برون سیستمی با ضرایب 0.889 و 0.823 به ترتیب اولویت تبیین کننده سازه خود بودند. ابعاد مالی و سرمایه ای،  فیزیکی و ساختاری و دانشی و فناوری نیز به ترتیب با ضرایب 0.754، 0.618 و  0.487 به طور معنی داری تبیین کننده متغیر وابسته جذب منابع وقف و کمکی بودند. تحلیل مسیر بین متغیرها نشان داد که مدیریتی و اجرایی، ارتباطی و فرهنگی، ساختاری و سیاسی و حقوقی و نظارتی به ترتیب با ضریب 0.773، 0.685، 0.862 و 0.815 اثر مثبت، مستقیم و معنی داری بر جذب منابع دارند.

Identifying and Modeling Factors Affecting the Attraction of Charity Resources and Endowed with Women’s Sports

The research is to identify and model factors affecting the attraction of Charity Resources and endowed with women’s sports. The research method was a descriptivesurvey. The statistical population consisted of specialists who were knowledgeable about the subject of research. The statistical sample was selected and surveyed through deliberate method (judgments) among managers, experts and experts (217 people). The main instrument consisted of a questionnaire. The content validity of the tool was evaluated and approved by experts. Then its reliability was evaluated through a suitable Cronbach alpha coefficient. Finally, the construct validity was reviewed and approved through the structural equation modeling steps PLS software.External and internal dimensions with coefficients of 0/854 and 0/643; In the legal and regulatory variables of external and internal dimensions and with coefficients of 0/733 and 0/580; in the administrative and executive variable Intrasystem and extraneous dimensions with coefficients of 0/831 and 0/665 And in the internal and external system of communication and cultural variables with coefficients of 0/889 and 0/823, respectively, were the priority of explaining their structure. The financial, capital, physical and structural dimensions of knowledge and technology also have coefficients of 0/754, 0/618, and 0/487 respectively significantly explain the dependent variable and auxiliary resources were devoted. Path analysis between variables showed administrative and management, communication, cultural, structural, political, legal and regulatory, respectively, with a coefficient of 0/773, 0/685, 0/862 and 0/815 there is a positive, direct and meaningful effect on the absorption of support resources.
