شایستگی‌های حرفه ای مدیران گروه های آموزشی دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی: مطالعه‌ای مبتنی بر مرور نظام‌مند

هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شایستگی‌های حرفه ای مورد نیاز مدیران گروه های آموزشی دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی از طریق بررسی مطالعات انجام شده در این حوزه بود. پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از روش مطالعه اسنادی- کتابخانه ای انجام شده است. در این راستا، با بهره گیری از روش مرور نظام مند کلیه منابع مرتبط با الگوهای شایستگی حرفه ای مدیران گروه های آموزشی در دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی طی سال های 2000 تا 2023 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در ابتدا تعداد این منابع 3725 بود که 135 منبع بر اساس عنوان انتخاب شد. سپس 67 منبع بر اساس چکیده گزینش شد که در نهایت 35 منبع به عنوان منابع مرتبط مطالعه شد. سپس، با استفاده از روش تحلیل تفسیری سعی شد شایستگی‌های حرفه ای مدیران گروه های آموزشی دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی مورد شناسایی و طبقه بندی قرار گیرد. نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل منابع اطلاعاتی مختلف حاکی از آن است که مهم ترین شایستگی های مدیران گروه های آموزشی دانشگاه ها و موسسات آموزش عالی در برگیرنده شایستگی‌های فردی (شایستگی شخصیتی و شایستگی اخلاقی)، شایستگی‌های مدیریتی (خود مدیریتی، مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت اجرایی، و شایستگی  های ادراکی)، شایستگی‌های حرفه ای- تخصصی (آموزشی، پژوهشی، و فناوری اطلاعات)، و شایستگی‌های فراسازمانی (آگاهی از سیاست، هوش فرهنگی، و بینش اقتصادی) می باشد. 

professional competencies of depatment heads in universities and higher education institutions: a study based on a systematic review

the purpose of this research was to identify the professional competencies needed by the heads of departments in universities and higher education institutions through the review of studies conducted in this field. the current research was done with a descriptive-analytical approach and using the method of document-library study. in this regard, using the systematic review method, all the sources related to the professional competence patterns of the managers of educational groups in universities and higher education institutions during the years 2000 to 2023 were investigated. initially, the number of these sources was 3725, of which 135 sources were selected based on the title. then 67 sources were selected based on the abstract, and finally 35 sources were studied as related sources. then, by using interpretive analysis method, it was tried to identify and classify the professional competencies of the managers of educational groups of universities and higher education institutions. the results obtained from the analysis of various information sources indicate that the most important competencies of the managers of educational groups of universities and higher education institutions include individual competencies (personal competence and moral competence), managerial competencies (self-management, human resource management, executive management, and cognitive competencies), professional-specialized competencies (educational, research, and information technology), and trans-organizational competencies (awareness of politics, cultural intelligence, and economic insight).
