الگوی رهبری آموزشی مدارس دیجیتالی

هدف تحقیق حاضر، ارائه الگوی رهبری آموزشی مدارس دیجیتالی بوده است.برای مطالعه از روش سنتزپژوهی استفاده شد. محیط پژوهش مشتمل بر کلیه مقالات خارجی سالهای 2024-2009 و  مقالات داخلی ( 1402-1391) بوده است. شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند تا حد اشباع نظری داده ها و براساس روش غربالگری به تعداد 54 مفاله صورت پذیرفت ابزار پژوهش، اسنادکاوی  بوده که  با  مراجعه به پایگاههای اطلاعاتی معتبر داخلی(اس آی دی، مگ ایران، ایرانداک، نورمگز،..) و خارجی( امرآلد، گوگل اسکالر، الزویر، اشپرینگر، سیج پاپلیکیشن،و..) و استخراج مقالات علمی، مطالعه مقالات انجام شد. تامین روایی مبتنی بر نظر خبرگان و اعتباریابی از روش بازخوانی مفاهیم و اطمینان پذیری استفاده بعمل آمد. شیوه تحلیل داده ها به صورت مفاهیم باز، مفاهیم سازمان دهنده و و مفاهیم فراگیر انجام شد. بطور کلی نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، الگوی رهبری آموزشی مدارس دیجیتالی مشتمل بر 10 بُعد (جذب دانش آموزان، کنشگری کیفی سازی، توانمندسازی معلمان، ارتقای نظام آموزشی، مدیریت یادگیری، به اشتراک گذاری دانش فناوری، آموزش سواد فناوری، توسعه رویکردهای برنامه ریزی درسی، ابتکار عمل در رهبری، پذیرش فناوری استوار گردید.

the purpose of this research was to present the educational leadership model of digital schools. the synthesis research method was used for the study. the research environment included all foreign articles of 2009-2024 and domestic articles (1391-1402). the purposeful sampling method was carried out until the theoretical saturation of the data and based on the screening method, a number of 54 cases were accepted. (emerald, google scholar, elsevier, springer, sage publication, etc.) and scientific articles were extracted and the articles were studied. providing validity based on experts’ opinions and validating the concept rereading method and reliability were used. the method of data analysis was done in the form of open concepts, organizing concepts, and comprehensive concepts. in general, the results of the research showed that the educational leadership model of digital schools consists of 10 dimensions (student recruitment, qualitative activism, teacher empowerment, educational system improvement, learning management, technology knowledge sharing, technology literacy education, development of curriculum planning approaches action initiative was based on leadership, technology acceptance.
