ارائه الگوی یادگیری الکترونیکی در مدارس استثنایی کشور

هدف از این تحقیق، ارائه الگوی یادگیری الکترونیکی در مدارس استثنایی کشور می باشد. روش پژوهش از حیث هدف کاربردی و در زمره تحقیقات تلفیقی آمیخته اکتشافی می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنانمدارس استثنایی استان تهران و البرز می باشد. تعداد 18 مدرسه استثنایی در البرز 62 مدرسه استثنایی در سال 1401 فعال هستند. نمونه آماری نیز تعداد 225 نفر که از 15 مرکز استثنایی به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. ابزار پژوهش در این پژوهش در بخش کیفی استخراج ابعاد، مولفه ها و شاخص ها سپس مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با اساتید صاحب نام و برجسته می باشد و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 160 سوالی است. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نیز در بخش کیفی شامل کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و در بخش کمی از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرم افزار smart pls بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که طبقه بندی زیر مولفه ها, مولفه های اصلی استخراج شده و الگوی مفهومی طراحی شد. ریز مولفه ها به سه دسته اصلی تقسیم شد که عبارتند از راهبردهای کیفیت بخشی، فرآیندهای کیفیت بخشی، زیرساختهای کیفیت، مستقل محسوب می شوند و اعتبار بخشی (درجه تناسب) مدل پیشنهادی در سطح نمونه اماری با 48.65 درصد تایید گردید و مناسب تشخیص داده شد. در بین مولفه ها بیشترین میانگین مربوط به فرایندهای کیفیت بخشی با 50.90 درصد می باشد و مابقی درصد کمتری را به خود اختصاص داده اند.

proving electronic learning model in iran’s special schools

the purpose of this research is to present the model of electronic learning in exceptional schools of the country. the research method is applied in terms of its purpose and it is among the integrated and exploratory researches. the statistical population includes all employees of exceptional schools in tehran and alborz provinces. there are 18 exceptional schools in alborz, 62 exceptional schools are active in 1401. the statistical sample is also 225 people who were selected from 15 exceptional centers by available sampling method. the research tool in this research is the extraction of dimensions, components and indicators in the qualitative part, followed by a semi-structured interview with renowned and prominent professors, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire of 160 questions. the method of data analysis in the qualitative part included open, central and selective coding and in the quantitative part of the confirmatory factor analysis method in smart pls software. the results of the research showed that the classification of sub-components, the main components were extracted and a conceptual model was designed. the micro-components were divided into three main categories, which include quality strategies, quality processes, quality infrastructures, and are considered independent, and the validity (degree of appropriateness) of the proposed model at the level of the statistical sample was confirmed with 48.65%, and it was recognized as appropriate. given. among the components, the highest average is related to quality processes with 50.90% and the rest have a lower percentage.
