تبیین شاخص‌های دسترسی برابر به فرصت‌های آموزش عالی سلامت و ارائه مدل کاهش نابرابری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه

پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارزیابی شاخص های تعیین کننده دسترسی برابر به فرصت های آموزش عالی سلامت و ارائه مدل کاهش نابرابری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه انجام گرفت. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی تحلیلی است. شیوه جمع آوری آمار و داده ها به صورت اسنادی و پیمایشی بوده است. جامعه آماری در دو بخش شامل اسناد و آمار 7 دانشکده دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه و دانشجویان دانشکده های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه در سال تحصیلی 1399-1400 بوده است. در بخش اسنادی از روش نمونه گیری سرشماری و در بخش توصیفی از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای نسبی استفاده شده است. در تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها از مدل های تاپسیس، تحلیل مسیر و شبکه های عصبی استفاده شد.بررسی رتبه بندی دانشکده های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه با استفاده از فن وزن دهی آنتروپی و تاپسیس نشان می دهد که ازنظر برخورداری از شاخصهای تحقیق بین دانشکده ها نابرابری وجود دارد. تحلیل خوشه ای و تقسیم بندی مناطق به سه سطح؛ برخوردار، نیمه برخوردار و کمتربرخوردار نشان می دهد که میان دانشکده های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه تفاوت وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج شبکه های عصبی نشان می دهد که شاخص زمینه ای و دروندادی بیشترین و شاخص بروندادی کمترین تاثیر مستقیم بر نابرابری دانشکده های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه را دارند.

explaining the indicators of equal access to higher health education opportunities and presenting a model for reducing inequality in kermanshah university of medical sciences

the aim of this study was to evaluate the indicators that determine equal access to higher health education opportunities and to present a model for reducing inequality in kermanshah university of medical sciences.the present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptiveanalytical in terms of method. the method of collecting statistics and data was documentary and survey. the statistical population in two parts included documents and statistics of 7 faculties of kermanshah university of medical sciences and students of the faculties of kermanshah university of medical sciences in the academic year 20202021. in the documentary part, the census sampling method was used and in the descriptive part, the relative stratified random sampling method was used. in analyzing the data, topsis models, path analysis, and neural networks were used. rankings of the faculties of kermanshah university of medical sciences using entropy and topsis weighting techniques showed inequality between the faculties in terms of having research indicators. scattering coefficient also showed the highest inequality in output indices and the lowest inequality in output indices. cluster analysis and division of regions into three levels: rich, semirich, and poor showed that there was a difference between the faculties of kermanshah university of medical sciences. the results neural networks also showed that the input index had the highest and the output index had the lowest direct impact on the inequality of the faculties of kermanshah university of medical sciences.
