نقش مدیریت 3i بر کیفیت یادگیری آموزش مجازی با تاکید بر نقش تعدیل گر تاب‌آوری معلمان در دوران Covid-19

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نقش مدیریت سه آی بر کیفیت یادگیری آموزش مجازی با تاکید بر نقش تعدیل گر تاب آوری معلمان در دوران کووید 19 بود. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع تحلیل مسیر می باشد .جامعه آماری کلیه معلمان متوسطه دوم آموزش و پرورش شهر بجنورد که تعداد آن 611 نفر بوده که به علت مناطق گوناگون (روستایی و شهری ) و متناسب با هر دو جنس ( مونث و مذکر ) از نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای با انتساب متناسب 234 نفر انتخاب گردیدند . ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه بوده است که به ترتیب از سه پرسشنامه کیفیت یادگیری آموزش مجازی، تاب آوری و مدیریت سه آی استفاده شد. پایایی هر سه پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 0/78، 0/89 و 0/75 بدست آمد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی همچون آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر ، آزمون t به کمک نرم افزار spss و نرم افزار lisrel استفاده شد . نتایج نشان داد اثر مستقیم مدیریت سه آی ( ایده ، اطلاعات ، هوش ) معلمان بر تاب آوری معلمان مثبت و معنادار بود و مدیریت  سه آی بر کیفیت یادگیری آموزش مجازی اثر مستقیم مثبت دارد و  ضریب اثر مستقیم تاب آوری بر کیفیت یادگیری آموزش مجازی نیز قابل توجه بود. علاوه بر اثرات مستقیم ، اثر غیرمستقیم مدیریت به شیوه ی سه آی از طریق تاب آوری بر کیفیت یادگیری آموزش مجازی مثبت و معنادار بود. به عبارت دیگر مدیریت سه آی می تواند هم بصورت مستقیم و هم غیرمستقیم، کیفیت یادگیری آموزش مجازی را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد . طبق آزمون t در متغیر جنسیت تفاوت معناداری میان دو گروه همکاران ( زن و مرد ) نسبت به میزان مدیریت به شیوه سه آی وجود ندارد .

role 3i management on the quality of learning virtual education with emphasis on the moderating role of teacher retaliation during covid-19

the aim of this study was to investigate the role of 3i management on the quality of elearning learning with emphasis on the moderating role of teacher resilience in the covid period. the research is applied and the research method is descriptive and path analysis. the statistical population of all secondary education teachers in bojnourd, which is 611 people, due to different areas (rural and urban) and suitable for both sexes (female and male) from stratified random sampling with proportional assignment 234 people were selected. data collection tool was a questionnaire that three questionnaires of quality of learning virtual education, resilience, 3i management were used, respectively. the reliability of all three questionnaires was obtained using cronbach’s alpha coefficient method of 0.78, 0.89 and 0.75, respectively. descriptive and inferential statistics such as pearson correlation test and path analysis, ttest using spss software and lisrel software were used to analyze the data. the results showed that the direct effect of 3i management (ideas, information, intelligence) on teachers’s resilience was positive and significant. it was remarkable. in addition to the direct effects, the indirect effect of management in a 3iway manner through resilience on the quality of elearning learning was positive and significant. in other words, 3i management can both directly and indirectly affect the quality of elearning learning. according to the ttest in the gender variable, there is no significant difference between the two groups of colleagues (male and female) compared to the level of 3i management way manner.
