رابطه بین رهبری معنوی مدیران مدارس و عملکرد آموزشی با نقش میانجی خوش‌بینی سازمانی در معلمان مقطع ابتدایی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین رهبری معنوی مدیران مدارس و عملکرد آموزشی با نقش میانجی خوش‌بینی سازمانی در معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان نکا بود. پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل 573 نفر از معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان نکا بودند. نمونه آماری به تعداد 230 نفر و با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و به شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای بر حسب جنسیت انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها از سه پرسش‌نامه رهبری معنوی ، عملکرد آموزشی و خوش‌بینی سازمانی استفاده شد. پایایی آن‌ها با محاسبه فرمول آلفای کرونباخ برای هر یک به ترتیب برابر 0.86، 0.87 و 0.84 به دست آمد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌های حاصله، از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با کمک روش حداقل مربعات جزئی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری پی ال اس استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین رهبری معنوی و خوش‌بینی سازمانی با عملکرد آموزشی معلمان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد و مقدار 61.6 درصد از عملکرد آموزشی و 35.1 درصد از خوش‌بینی سازمانی توسط رهبری معنوی تبیین می‌شود و متغیر خوش‌بینی سازمانی اثر میانجی بر رابطه بین رهبری معنوی و عملکرد آموزشی را دارد. هم‌چنین شاخص‌های برازندگی مدل حاکی از آن است که مدل ارائه‌شده از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است.

The Relationship between Spiritual Leadership School Managers and Educational Performance with the mediating role of Organizational Optimism in Elementary School Teachers

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual leadership school managers and educational performance with the mediating role of organizational optimism in elementary school teachers. The research applied in terms of purpose and method was descriptive, correlational one. The statistical population of the study included all elementary school teachers in neka in the number of 573. The statistical sample was 230 people using Krejcie and Morgan table, and stratified random sampling according to Gender level. Data were gathered by using three Questionnaires of spiritual leadership, educational performance organizational optimism Questionnaires. Their reliability was calculated to 0.86, 0.87 and 0.84 respectively by the use of Cronbach Alpha. The collected data was used for analyzed by Structural equation modeling using the partial least squares method (PLS) software. The results of this study showed that there is a significant relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational optimism with educational performance. 61.6% of educational performance and 35.1% of organizational optimism is explained by spiritual leadership. And the organizational optimism variable has a mediator effect on the relationship between spiritual leadership and educational performance. Fit indices indicate that the proposed model is an appropriate fit.
