الگوی مبتنی بر نقش پارادایمی مدیریت آموزش در تعالی سازمان‌های آموزشی مناطق بیست گانه راه‌آهن جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف این پژوهش طراحی الگوی مبتنی بر نقش پارادایمی مدیریت آموزش در تعالی سازمان‌های آموزشی مناطق بیست گانه راه آهن جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. لذا از روش پژوهش‌های آمیخته استفاده شد و داده‌ها در دو مرحله کیفی و کمی جمع‌آوری شد. در مرحله نخست با مصاحبه با 16 نفر از صاحب‌نظران آموزش راه‌آهن ، اجرای عملی ده فرمان و تجارب زیسته محقق، کار کیفی انجام‌شد و در بخش کمی با 217 نفر از کارشناسان آموزش مناطق و مرکز و همچنین مدرسان به‌صورت تمام شمار پرسشنامه توزیع و جمع‌آوری شد. در بخش کیفی از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختمند استفاده شد. قابلیت انجام مصاحبه‌ها از طریق باورپذیری، اعتمادپذیری و تایید پذیری به دست آمد. در بخش کمی ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته‌ بود که روائی صوری، محتوایی و سازه آن سنجیده شد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ جهت سنجش پایائی پرسشنامه 94/0 بدست آمد. داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه و تحلیل اسناد و مدارک به‌صورت تحلیل محتوی به روش کدگذاری استقرائی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. داده‌های کمی به وسیله آزمون‌های توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تحلیل قرارگرفت. نتایج تحلیل کمی و کیفی پژوهش ارائه مدلی بود که در آن مدیریت آموزش با شش زیر مولفه در محورهای محتوی، روش‌ها و منابع برتعالی سازمانی آموزش تاثیر کیفی و کمی خود را تایید نمود.

Designing a model based on the paradigm role of education management in the excellence of educational organizations in the twenty railway regions of the Islamic Republic of Iran

The aim of this study is to design a model based on the paradigm role of education management in the excellence of educational organizations in the twenty regions of Iran. Therefore, the mixed research method was used and data were collected in two quantitative and qualitative stages.In the first stage, interviews with 16 experts of railway training , practical implementation of ten commandments and live trade of a quality researcher were executed, and in the quantitative part with 217 experts of regions and training centers , as well as instructors, a questionnaire was distributed and it was gathered.Execution and collection of data in the qualitative part was through interviews and was obtained through reliability and effectiveness.In the quantitative part, the data collection instrument was a researcher questionnaire that had face validity , content which it #39;s structure was measured. Cronbach #39;s alpha coefficient for measuring the reliability of the questionnaire was 94%.The data obtained from the interview and the analysis of documents were analyzed as content analysis by inductive coding method.Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential tests.The results of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the research were to present a model in which education management with six subcomponents in content, methods and resources confirmed its quantitative and qualitative impact on organizational excellence in education.
