تحلیل ساختار تولیدات علمی حوزه مدیریت آموزشی ایران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل ساختار تولیدات علمی حوزه مدیریت آموزشی ایران صورتبندی شد. ماهیت این پژوهش کمّی، از نوع علم‌سنجی بود. جامعه پژوهش، تمامی مقالات علمی اصیل فارسی نمایه شده در »پایگاه مجلات تخصصی نور «، »بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور « و »مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی «، طی سال‌های 1377 تا 1399 بود. داده‌ها با بکارگیری سیاهه وارسی گردآوری شدند. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص های توصیفی، نرخ رشد، توزیع فراوانی و درصد فراوانی نسبی، با کمک نرم افزار اکسل استفاده شد. همچنین جهت ترسیم نقشه‌های هم‌تالیفی از نرم‌افزار پاژک، و برای تعیین مجلات هسته، از قانون پراکندگی یا توزیع بردفورد استفاده شد. بخشی از یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند، پرتولید‌ترین نویسندگان، محمدرضا بهرنگی و حسن‌رضا زین‌آبادی، و پرتولیدترین موسسات، به ترتیب دانشگاه‌های خوارزمی و تهران، بودند. همچنین 9 مجله به عنوان مجلات هسته، شناسایی شدند که از بین آنها فصلنامه‌های »مدیریت مدرسه « و »رهیافتی نو در مدیریت آموزشی « پرتولیدترین بودند. لیکن بخش مهمی از یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که روند تولیدات علمی حوزه مدیریت آموزشی طی سال‌های بررسی شده، نرخ رشد مناسبی را تجربه نکرده است، و نوعی سامان‌نیافتگی در روند تولیدات علمی حوزه مدیریت آموزشی ایران کاملاً مشهود است.

Structural Analysis of Scientific Productions in the Field of Educational Management in Iran

The present study was formulated with the aim of analyzing the structure of scientific productions in the field of educational management in Iran. The field of this quantitative study is scientometrics. The research population is all the original Persian scientific articles indexed in Noormags , Magiran and Scientific Information Database (SID) from 1998 to 2020. The data are collected using a checklist. The descriptive indicators, the growth rate, the frequency distribution and relative frequency percentage are used to analyze the data by Excel. Also the Pajek software is used to draw coauthored maps, and the Bradford #39;s law of scatter is used to determine the core journals. Some of the findings show that the most prolific writers are Mohammad Reza Behrangi and Hassan Reza Zeineabadi, and the most prolific universities are Kharazmi and Tehran universities, respectively. Nine journals are also identified as core journals, of which the journal of School Administration and New Approaches in Educational Administration are the most prolific journals. However, an important part of the findings show that the trends in scientific productions in the field of educational management has not experienced a proper growth rate during the years under review, and a kind of disorganization is so evident in the process of scientific productions in the field of educational management in Iran.
