بررسی نقش ادراک رهبری، تصمیم‌گیری مشارکتی و اعتمادسازمانی با نقش میانجی انگیزش معلمان بر فعالیت تدریس معلمان دوره ابتدایی

هدف این پژوهش، بررسی نقش ادراک رهبری، تصمیم گیری مشارکتی و اعتماد سازمانی با نقش میانجی انگیزش معلمان بر فعالیت تدریس معلمان دوره ابتدایی می ‌باشد روش پژوهش از نوع هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا توصیفی همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام معلمان ابتدایی استان آذربایجان غربی به تعداد 11522نفر می ‌باشد، که با فرمول کوکران و روش خوشه ای چند مرحله‌ ای،376 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسشنامه ‌های استاندارد بود که برای روایی آن ها از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه ‌ها از طریق ضریب الفای کرونباخ برای تدریس0.81، اعتماد سازمانی 0.89، انگیزش معلم 0.75و ادراک رهبری0.81 و تصمیم گیری مشارکتی 0.60 برآورد شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار spss وamose تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که انگیزش و ادراک رهبری اثر مستقیم و معنی دار بر تدریس دارد. اما تصمیم گیری مشارکتی و اعتماد سازمانی اثر مستقیم و معنی دار بر تدریس ندارد. اثر غیر مستقیم تصمیم گیری مشارکتی در مدرسه و اعتماد و ادراک رهبری بر تدریس از طریق انگیزش مثبت و معنی دار می باشد. بر اساس یافته ها می توان نتیجه گرفت، به منظور بهبود تدریس معلمان ابتدایی می توان به ارتقاء اعتماد، تصمیم گیری مشارکتی در مدرسه و انتخاب سبک رهبری مناسب، با انگیزش معلمان به عنوان یکی از عوامل میانجی اقدام نمود.

Investigating the Role of Leadership Perceptions, Participatory Decisions and Organizational Trust the Mediator role of Motivational Teachers on Teaching Activities of Elementary Teachers

The purpose of this study was to Investigating the Role of leadership, participatory decision making and organizational trust with the mediating role of teacherschr('39') motivation on the teaching the teaching activities of primary school teachers. In terms of practical purpose and in terms of implementation method, it was a descriptive survey descriptivecorrelation.The statistical population includes all primary school teachers in West Azarbaijan province of 11522 people, 376 people were selected as the sample. Assessment tools included standard questionnaires Confirmatory factor analysis has been used for their validity. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaires through Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient for teaching was 0.81, organizational trust was 0.89, teacher motivation was 0.75 and leadership perception was 0.81 and participatory decision making was 0.60. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling and SPSS and AMOSE software. The results showed that leadership motivation and perception have a direct and significant effect on teaching. But participatory decision making and organizational trust do not have a direct and significant effect on teaching. The indirect effect of participatory decisionmaking in school and leadership trust and perception on teaching is through positive and significant motivation. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that in order to improve the teaching of elementary teachers, it is possible to promote trust, participatory decisionmaking in school and choose the appropriate leadership style, motivating teachers as one of the mediating factors.
