ارائه الگوی پیشایندها و پسایندهای تفکر سیستمی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی

هدف تحقیق ارائه الگوی پیشایندها و پسایندهای تفکر سیستمی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی است. این تحقیق از نوع پژوهش های کیفی نظریه داده بنیاد است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران مدارس، خبرگان و صاحب نظران آموزش و پرورش و اعضای هیات علمی بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و با حداکثر تنوع، به تعداد 24 نفر به عنوان مشارکت کننده مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گردید. جهت روایی و اعتبار داده ها از دو روش بازبینی مشارکت کنندگان و مرور صاحب نظران غیر مشارکت ‌کننده در تحقیق استفاده شد و یافته های تحقیق توسط دو گروه مشارکت کننده در فرایند مصاحبه و غیر مشارکت کننده، مورد ارزیابی و بازبینی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزار maxqda در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. یافته ها بیانگر این است که تعداد 22 مقوله محوری برای پیشایندها شامل: فرهنگ سازمانی و محیط، نگرش و تفکر مدیران مدارس، نظام ارزشیابی و قوانین و مقررات، نظام مدیریتی و تصمیم گیری، یادگیری فردی و مشارکتی، الگوی نقش و ترویج تفکر سیستمی، آموزش، مطالعه و تجربه مدیریتی؛ پسایندها شامل: بهبود تعهد سازمانی، افزایش رضایت ذینفعان، ارتقاء عملکرد و کیفیت و نوآوری، ارتقاء تخصص و مهارت، ارتقاء همکاری و مشارکت، ایجاد آرامش و روحیه، ایجاد سازمان یادگیرنده، راه حل های جامع و راهبردی و ویژگی های تفکر سیستمی مدیران مدارس شامل: نگاه جامع و نظام مند به سیستم، رهبری کردن کل ها، اتخاذ دیدگاه چندبعدی، تاثیرگذاری غیرمستقیم، ارزشیابی اهمیت، انعطاف پذیر و مسئولیت پذیر، توانایی ارتباط و تعامل استخراج شده است. در نهایت الگوی پیشایندها و پسایندهای تفکر سیستمی مدیران مدارس ابتدایی ارائه شد.

Providing a Model of the Antecedents and Consequences of Systems Thinking of Primary School Principals

The purpose of this research is to provide a model of the antecedents and consequences of systems thinking of primary school principals. This research is qualitative research based on grounded theory. The statistical population included school principals, education experts, and faculty members. Using the purposive sampling method with maximum diversity, 24 people were conducted as participants in semistructured interviews. For data validity and reliability, two methods of reviewing participants and reviewing nonparticipating experts in the research were used and the research findings were evaluated and reviewed by two groups participating in the interview process and the nonparticipant. The collected data were analyzed using MAXQDA software during three stages of open, axial, and selective coding. Findings indicate that 22 central categories for antecedents include: organizational culture and environment, attitude and thinking of school principals, evaluation system and rules and regulations, management and decision making system, individual and participatory learning, role model and promotion of systems thinking, Management training, study, and experience; Outcomes include: Improving organizational commitment, increasing stakeholder satisfaction, improving performance and quality and innovation, enhancing expertise and skills, enhancing collaboration and participation, creating peace of mind, creating a learning organization, comprehensive and strategic solutions and systemic thinking features of school principals Included: A comprehensive and systematic view of the system, leadership of the whole, adoption of a multidimensional perspective, indirect impact, evaluation of importance, flexibility and responsibility, the ability to communicate and interact. Finally, a model of the antecedents and consequences of systems thinking of primary school principals was presented.
