پایش درونی دشواری‌ها و بایسته‌های راهبردی مدیریت آموزش بانک کشاورزی ایران

مقاله حاضر گزارش پایش درونی دشواری‌ها و بایسته‌های راهبردهای مدیریت آموزش بانک کشاورزی، است. رویکرد پژوهش، کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی با استفاده از روش گروه کانونی بوده. این گروه کانونی متشکل از 16 تن از مدیران و کارشناسان حوزه منابع انسانی بانک‌کشاورزی و متخصصان دانشگاهی بودند که با لحاظ شاخص اشباع نظری، بطور هدفمند برای مشارکت در این پژوهش دعوت به همکاری شدند. گفت‌و‌گوهای عمیق و تعاملی مطروحه در گروه کانونی، با روش تحلیل مضمون، کدگذاری شدند. یافته‌های حاصل از اجرای گروه کانونی، پس از غربالگری و حذف موارد مشترک، شامل 47 کد مفهومی متعلق به دشواری‌های راهبردی پیش‌روی مدیریت آموزش، و 72 کد مربوط به بایسته‌های راهبردی مدیریت آموزش اثر‌بخش در بانک کشاورزی بود. تم‌های اصلی متعلق به دشواری‌های راهبردی مدیریت آموزش، شامل ساختار فرهنگی، ساختار آموزشی و ساختار سیاسی ، و تم‌های اصلی متعلق به راهبردهای ایجابی مدیریت آموزش اثربخش، نیازسنجی جامع، برنامه‌ریزی‌آموزشی‌حرفه‌ای و تدوین الگوی سنجش جامع بودند.

Internal Monitoring of the Strategic Problems and Properties of the Educational Management of the Agricultural Bank of Iran

The paper was a report on the internal monitoring of Agricultural Bankchr('39')s educational management. The research approach was qualitative phenomenology, using focus group method. The study participants were 16 managers, human resources experts at the Agricultural Bank and academic experts who were purposefully invited to participate in this study. Indepth and interactive conversations in the focus group were coded by content analysis method. After screening and deleting of common codes, the findings of the study included 47 conceptual codes belonging to the Strategic difficulties, and 72 codes related to the Strategic requirements which indicated the lived experiences of the participants in the focus group at the Agricultural Bankchr('39')s educational management. The main themes included the difficulties in advancing educational management, resulting from the cultural structure, educational structure and political structure , and the main themes related to effective educational management were, the requirements of comprehensive needs assessment, professional training programming and comprehensive assessment model .
