بررسی تاثیر رهبری خدمت گزار بر هویت سازمانی با توجه به نقش تعدیلگری هوش معنوی (مورد مطالعه: کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 3 مشهد)

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر رهبری خدمت گزار بر هویت سازمانی با توجه به نقش تعدیل کنندگی هوش معنوی است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی، ازنظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری، کل کارکنان اداره آموزش و پرورش ناحیه 3 مشهد است. نمونه 108 نفره، بر اساس فرمول کوکران و به روش تصادفی انتخاب شده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسشنامه های استاندارد رهبری خدمت گزار، هویت سازمانی و هوش معنوی می باشد. روایی پرسشنامه ها از طریق اخذ نظر استادان و صاحب نظران تایید و پایایی پرسشنامه ها با محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نرم‌افزارsmart pls استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که رهبری خدمت گزار بر هویت سازمانی تاثیرگذار است. هوش معنوی تاثیر رهبری خدمت گزار بر هویت سازمانی را تعدیل می کند.

The Impact of Servant Leadership on Organizational Identity with the Moderating Role of Spiritual Intelligence

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of servant leadership on organizational identity with the moderating role of spiritual intelligence. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptivesurvey in nature and method. The statistical population is the Education Department of District 3 in Mashhad. The 108person sample was selected randomly based on Cochran's formula. Data collection tools are standard questionnaires of servant leadership, organizational identity and spiritual intelligence. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Smart PLS software was used for data analysis. Research findings show that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational identity. Spiritual intelligence moderates the impact of servant leadership on organizational identity.
