مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری روابط بین سرمایه فکری و سرمایه اجتماعی با رهبری تحول‌آفرین مدارس ابتدایی شهر تبریز

هدف این پژوهش مدل‌یابی سرمایه فکری و سرمایه اجتماعی بر اساس رهبری تحول‌آفرین در مدارس شهر تبریز با استفاده از روش پژوهش توصیفی و همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری، معلمان و کارکنان مدارس مقطع ابتدایی شهر تبریز بودند که تعداد 184 نفر از آن‌ها با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های سرمایه فکری، سرمایه اجتماعی و رهبری تحول‌آفرین برای گردآوری داده‌ها واز نرم‌افزار لیزرل برای تبیین مدل و روایی سازه پرسش‌نامه‌ها استفاده شد. ضریب پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برابر با 0.89، 0.97 و 0.94 محاسبه شد. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد همبستگی بالایی بین متغیرها و مولفه‌هایشان وجود دارد و داده‌ها نیز از مدل معادلات ساختاری و اثر مستقیم رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر سرمایه فکری (ضریب بتا: 0.73) و سرمایه اجتماعی (ضریب بتا: 66/. ) حمایت کرد. با توجه به این نتایج می‌توان گفت که با استفاده از شیوه رهبری تحول‌آفرین در مدارس می‌توان به ایجاد سرمایه‌های فکری و اجتماعی امیدوار شد.

Structural Equat ion Modeling of Intellectual and Social Capital according to transformational Leadership of Tabriz Elementary Schools

The purpose of this study was to investigate intellectual and social capital according to transformational leadership in primary schools using the descriptive and correlational research methodology. The statistical population was the teachers and staff of primary schools of Tabriz that 184 of them were selected using cluster random sampling method. In this study, intellectual capital, social capital and transformational leadership questionnaires were used for data collection and LISREL software was used to determine the model and construct validity questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires was 0.89, 0.97 and 0.94, respectively. The results showed that there is a high correlation between the variables and their components and also the data supported the structural equation modeling of the direct effect of transformational leadership on intellectual capital (beta coefficient: 0.73) and social capital (beta coefficient: 0.66). Based on these results, it can be said that using transformational leadership in schools can makehope for creating social and intellectual capital.
