نقش ابعاد برنامه ریزی استراتژیک بر بهره وری سازمانی

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه برنامه ریزی استراتژیک و بهره وری سازمانی شهرداری منطقه یک تهران است. این پژوهش بر اساس هدف، از نوع کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری آن کارشناسان منطقه یک شهرداری تهران به تعداد 58 نفر می باشند. در این پژوهش با توجه به محدود بودن جامعه، پرسشنامه بین همه افراد جامعه یعنی همه 58 نفر توزیع شد و اطلاعات مورد نیاز جمع آوری گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و معادلات ساختاری و از نرم افزار smart pls استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که ابعاد برنامه ریزی استراتژیک شامل برنامه ریزی منابع انسانی، برنامه های مربیگری، برنامه های سنجش و برنامه های آموزش استراتژیک بر بهره وری سازمانی تاثیر معنی داری دارد. هم چنین برنامه های سنجش، بیشترین ضریب و برنامه های آموزش استراتژیک، کمترین ضریب تاثیر را دارند.

The Role of Strategic Planning Dimensions on Organizational Productivity

The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between strategic planning and organizational productivity of Tehran's Municipality One. This research is applied based on purpose and descriptivesurvey in nature and method. The population of the study consists of 58 experts in one district of Tehran municipality. In this study, due to the limited population, a questionnaire was distributed among all the population (ie 58 people) and the required information was collected. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used for data analysis and Smart PLS software was used. The results showed that the dimensions of strategic planning including human resources planning, coaching programs, measurement programs and strategic training programs have significant effect on organizational productivity. Also, measurement programs have the highest coefficient and strategic training programs have the least coefficient of impact.
