بررسی وجود ارتباط بین استفاده از طرح‌های مختلف آبیاری تناوبی با رضایت‌مندی آب‌بران شهرستان رشت و پرداخت آب‌بها

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی وجود ارتباط بین استفاده از طرح‌های مختلف آبیاری تناوبی با رضایت مندی آب بران شهرستان رشت و پرداخت آب‌بها در دوره آماری 92-1379 است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی – پیمایشی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. جامعه موردمطالعه، شالی کاران شهرستان رشت و روش نمونه گیری منظم بوده است. از میان 78000 نفر آب بر طرف قرارداد شرکت بهره برداری شبکه آبیاری و زهکشی سفیدرود و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، 384 نفر از سه روستای بیجارکنار، گورابسر و دهنه سر شیجان در سه شبکه آبیاری (مدرن، تلفیقی و سنتی) برگزیده شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، مستندات آبیاری و پرداخت آب‌بها طی دوره آماری بوده و برای سنجش رضایت آب بران از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته با 50 سوال استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها بر اساس آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون فریدمن، آزمون کی دو و ضریب وی کرامر) صورت گرفت. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد برنامه های اجرایی آبیاری متناوب در بهترین و بدترین سال آبی از نظر زمان شروع دوره، آغاز نوبت بندی و طول دوره های قطع آب بر نظرات آزمودنی ها با تقریب بالا منطبق است. رضایت مندی شالی کاران در بهترین سال آبی در سطح بالا و در بدترین سال های آبی در سطح متوسط رو به پایین ارزیابی شد. همچنین درصد پرداخت آب‌بهای زراعی در بهترین سال آبی بیشترین مقدار و در سال های کم آب کمترین مقدار بود. با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، فرض های سه گانه تحقیق و معنی دار بودن ارتباط مستقیم بین متغیرهای تحقیق تائید شد. لذا بین استفاده از طرح های مختلف آبیاری تناوبی با رضایت مندی آب بران و پرداخت آب بها در شهرستان رشت رابطه معنی دار مستقیم وجود دارد.

Investigating the Relationship between the Use of Different Intermittent Irrigation Plans and Water Supply Satisfaction in Rasht City

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the use of different intermittent irrigation plans with water supply satisfaction in Rasht city and the payment of water price in the period of 20002013. The present study is a descriptivesurvey and applied purpose study. The study population consisted of paddy farmers in Rasht city and systematic sampling method. Of 78,000 water supply contractors of Sefidrood irrigation and drainage company, 384 were selected from three villages of Bijarkenar, Gorabsar and Dahanehsar in three irrigation networks (modern, semimodern, and traditional) using Cochran formula. The data collection tool were irrigation documentation and water payment during the statistical period and a researchermade questionnaire with 50 questions used to measure water satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (Friedman test, Chisquare test, and Cramer’V coefficient). The findings of the study showed that intermittent irrigation programs in the best and worst of the water year correspond to the subjects’ views with respect to the time of beginning of the period, the beginning of the shift, and the length of the water discontinuation periods. Paddy farmers’ satisfaction was evaluated at the best water year at the highest level and at the worst water year at the moderate downward level. In addition, the percentage of payment of irrigation water price was the highest in the best water year and the lowest in the worst water year. According to the findings of the study, the three hypotheses of the research and the significance of the direct relationship between the research variables were confirmed. Therefore, there is a significant direct relationship between the use of different intermittent irrigation plans with water supply satisfaction and water supply in Rasht city during the period of 20002013.
