مروری بر ویژگی‌‌ها و کاربردهای پسماند میوه پسته (pistacia vera)با هدف استفاده در جیره غذایی آبزیان

امروزه پسته به عنوان یک محصول راهبردی در بخش کشاورزی مطرح است. ضایعات تولیدی در بخش فرآوری پسته به عنوان یک مشکل مهم محیط زیستی ملاحظه می‌‌گردد. وجود ترکیبات ضد تغذیه‌‌ای همچون ترکیبات فنلی و تانی استفاده از این پسماند را با مشکل روبرو نموده است. مکمل غذایی حاوی عصاره پوسته سبز پسته باعث کاهش استرس ناشی از دستکاری در ماهی کپور معمولی شد. در مجموع، به‌نظر می‌‌رسد، با شناسایی و بهینه‌سازی روش‌‌های مناسب فرآوری پوسته سبز پسته همچون هیدرولیز آنزیمی، تخمیر و عصاره گیری می‌‌توان ترکیبات ارزشمندی تولید نمود که به عنوان مکمل، محرک رشد و ایمنی در جیره غذایی آبزیان قابل استفاده باشد.

today, pistachio is a strategic product in the agricultural sector. waste produced in the pistachio processing sector is considered as an important environmental problem. the presence of anti-nutritional compounds such as phenolic compounds and tannins has created difficult the use of this waste. dietary supplements containing pistachio green shell extract reduced the stress of manipulating common carp. in general, it seems that by identifying and optimizing the appropriate methods of processing green pistachio shells such as enzymatic hydrolysis, fermentation and extraction, valuable compounds can be produced that can be used as a dietary supplement, growth stimulant and immunostimulant in aquafeeds.
