کشت و استفاده از کرم سفید (enchytraeus albidus)، در پرورش آبزیان

در پرورش و تکثیر انواع آبزیان، هرچقدر بتوان شرایط پرورشی را به محیط زندگی طبیعی آنها نزدیک‌تر کرد، احتمال موفقیت بیشتر خواهد بود. همیشه یکی از مهم‌‌ترین چالش‌‌ها در این راستا، نوع غذا و نحوه تغذیه آبزی بوده است. سعی شده است، برای انواع آبزیان غذاهای مصنوعی ساخته شود، ولی با توجه به تنوع ماهیان پرورشی به‌ویژه ماهیان دریایی، فراهم کردن جیره متعادل برای همه آنها با سختی‌هایی روبرو بوده است. از این‌رو، استفاده از غذاهای زنده در پرورش انواع آبزیان همیشه جایگاه و اهمیت ویژه‌‌ای داشته است. مهم‌‌ترین ویژگی‌‌های غذای زنده مناسب شامل: ارزش غذایی بالا، عاری بودن از آلودگی و عوامل بیماری‌زا و پرورش آسان، اقتصادی و پایدار، است. کرم سفید با توجه به موارد مذکور و در مقایسه با بسیاری از غذاهای زنده دیگر، یکی از بهترین گزینه‌ها در پرورش انواع آبزیان  و از جمله آبزیان زینتی است. این کرم برای تغذیه برخی از ماهیان آب شور و شیرین استفاده شده است و ماهیان مختلف واکنش تغذیه‌‌ای متفاوتی نشان داده‌‌اند که نشان می‌‌دهد، کاربرد این کرم از طرفی پتانسیل بالایی دارد و از سوی دیگر باید بررسی‌‌های تکمیلی بر تغذیه گونه‌‌های مختلف ماهی انجام شود. از این‌رو، دسترسی به اطلاعات پایه در مورد این کرم بسیار ضروری به‌نظر می‌‌رسد. در این مقاله زیست‌شناسی، ارزش غذایی و غنی‌‌سازی، تکثیر و پرورش و روش برداشت این کرم ارائه شده است.

in the culture and breeding of aquatics, establish the conditions as close as possible to those of the natural habitat, it is more likely to succeed. one of the most important challenges in this regard has always been the type of food and the feeding method of aquatics. attempts have been made to make artificial foods for all types of aquatic animals, but due to the diversity of farmed fish, especially marine fishes, providing a balanced diet for all types of aquatic animals has faced difficulties. therefore, using live foods in aquaculture has always had a special importance. the most important characteristics of a suitable live food are high nutritional value, free from contamination and pathogens, and easy, economical and sustainable production. white worm is one of the best options in farming a variety of aquatic animals, considering the above characteristics and compared to other live foods. this worm has been used for feeding of different marine and freshwater fishes, and different species have showed different responses, that indicate using this worm has high potential, and in the other hand, there are need supplemental investigation on feeding of different fish species. therefore, it seems accessing basic data about this worm is very necessary. this paper presents the biology, nutritional value and enrichment, reproduction, and harvesting methods of this worm.
