استانداردهای فعلی و پیشنهادی برای پرورش تجاری ماهی دانیوی گورخری (danio rerio) و سایر ماهیان زینتی برای تولید در آزمایشگاه‌ها و مزارع، متفاوت است و نیازمند بومی‌سازی آن با شرایط اختصاصی هر واحد تولیدی دارد. اما چارچوب کلی پرورش ماهی گورخری به عنوان یک گونه زینتی محبوب و مدل آزمایشگاهی، سال‌هاست که محققان علوم زیستی مورد نقد و بررسی قرار داده‌اند ​و می‌تواند به عنوان یک استاندارد علمی و راهنمای عملی برای تولید موفقیت‌آمیز و اقتصادی این گونه مد نظر قرار گیرد. بنابراین، تدوین یک استاندارد واحد با توجه به ماهیت انعطاف‌پذیر این ماهی در شرایط محیطی مختلف و تنوع نیازهای تحقیقاتی که بر آن انجام می‌شود، امری دشوار است و غیر سودمند خواهد بود. از این‌رو، در این مقاله سعی شده تا مهم‌ترین الزامات دستیابی به تولید موفق و تجاری این ماهی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

A review of the Biotechnical of commercial breeding of Zebrafish (Danio rerio)

Current and proposed standards for commercial breeding of Danio rerio and other ornamental fish for production in laboratories and farms are different and require indigenize with the specific conditions of each production unit. But the general framework of zebrafish farming as a popular ornamental species and laboratory model has been reviewed by bioscientists for many years and can be considered as a scientific standard and practical guide for successful and economical production of this species. Zebrafish can thrive in a variety of environmental conditions, which is a specific advantage for working with this organism. So, developing a single standard is difficult and probably not beneficial due to the flexible nature of this fish in different environmental conditions and the variety of research needs that are performed on it. Therefore, in this article, we have tried to pay attention to the most important requirements for achieving successful and commercial production of this fish.
