تولید افی پیوم دافنی

روش پرورش جدید و مناسب برای القای تولید مثل غیر جنسی یا جنسی (افی پیوم) دافنی ماگنا در آزمایشگاه شرح داده شده است. خشک کردن و دهیدراته کردن باعث تولید افی پیومی با هچ سریع می شود، در مطالعه حاضر همچنین اثر بسیاری از پارامترهای مختلف مانند آفت‌کش‌ها، دوره‌های نوری و شدت نور، رسوبات، میزان اکسیژن محیطی، دوره تاریکی و اشعه ماوراء بنفش و اثر دما بر احیاء افی پیوم دافنی مرور شد. در تحقیق حاضر نشان داده شد. پیش نیاز یافتن شرایط اپتیموم و بالاترین نرخ بازگشایی تخم و به دست آوردن تکنیک پرورش بهینه نیاز را به استفاده بیش‌تر از مطالعات حاضر دارد. ولی به طور کلی، در روش بهینه آزمایشگاهی، تخم‌های خفته کلادوسرا ها نیاز به دوره تاریکی حدود 2 هفته‌ای (در گونه‌های مختلف متفاوت می‌باشد) و سپس خشک کردن و سپس برای احیاء آن شرایط نوری و اکسیژنی و عاری از سموم علف‌کش دارد.
