معرفی برخی ماهیان زینتی در آب‌های استان سیستان و بلوچستان

در دودهه گذشته بررسی بر روی منابع آب های داخلی استان سیستان و بلوچستان که از مناطق مورد بررسی در فاز اول پروژه تنوع زیستی ماهیان آب های داخلی ایران، مصوب موسسه تحقیقات علوم شیلاتی کشور بود انجام شد. نمونه برداری در انشعابات رودخانه ها با استفاده از الکتروشوکر و تور سالیک انجام گرفت. نمونه ها پس از صید، با فرمالین تثبیت و در آزمایشگاه ماهی شناسی، بر اساس خصوصیات مورفومتریک و مریستیک، زیست سنجی شدند. نتایج بررسی در برخی منابع آبی استان ، نشان داد که 5 گونه متعلق به کپورماهیان cyprinidae، 1 گونه کپور ماهیان دنداندار cyprinodontidae، 1 گونه کپورماهیان دنداندار زنده زا poeciliidae ، 1 گونه خانواده chaniidae و 1 گونه متعلق به سگ ماهیان جویباری nemacheilidae در استان شناسایی شدند که قابل بهره برداری به عنوان ماهیان زینتی می باشند.

Induced-spawning of fish by hormone implantation

Injection of gonadotropinreleasing hormone analogues (GnRHs) produces luteinizing hormone (LH) from pituitary that stimulates gonadal maturation. In female fish, these analogues drive the final oocyte maturation, ovulation and finally spawning. Traditionally, they have been injected either intramuscularly or intraperitoneally. Depending on GnRH type, fish species and water temperature, onestep administration causes the peak of LH within 1272 hours. In some fishes, this shorttime effect of injection is enough for spawning during 23 days following the injection. However, asynchronous fishes need more injections but, multiple hormone injections are stressful and harmful and in the longterm, they inhibit reproduction. Therefore, sustainedrelease delivery systems can be used. A single application of GnRHadelivery system enters GnRHa into the blood stream continuously, resulting pituitary stimulation for releasing LH that may take several weeks. Therefore, in delivery system, multiple injections can be replaced by single injection. There are different delivery systems includes: cholesterol pellets, ethylenevinyl acetate implants, and biodegradable microspheres. This paper discusses the methods of hormonal implantation and possibility of its application in some Iranian fishes.
