تحلیل عملکرد استان‌های شمال و جنوب در بخش شیلات

اهداف: ایران دارای پتانسیل ها و فرصت های زیادی برای توسعه آبزی پروری با هدف تولید و تنوع غذایی، بهبود امنیت غذایی در کشور، صادرات غیرنفتی، ارزآوری و از همه مهم تر ایجاد اشتغال از نوع مولد به صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم است. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل عملکرد استان های شمال و جنوب در بخش شیلات بود.ابزار و روش ها: در پژوهش توصیفی حاضر، استان های بوشهر، خوزستان، سیستان و بلوچستان، گلستان، گیلان، مازندران و هرمزگان با روش تصمیم گیری چندشاخصه (madm) و به طور خاص تکنیک اولویت بندی براساس شباهت به راه حل ایده آل (تاپسیس) بررسی شدند. برای تهیه آمار و اطلاعات ماتریس داده ها به سالنامه آماری کشور در سال 1394 و سالنامه آماری سازمان شیلات ایران در سال 1393 رجوع شد. محاسبات مربوطه نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار mcdmengine انجام شد.یافته ها: براساس آمار استفاده شده و شاخص های انتخابی، استان مازندران بهترین عملکرد را در بخش شیلات میان استان های مورد بررسی داشت و استان های گیلان، هرمزگان، خوزستان، سیستان و بلوچستان، بوشهر و گلستان در رده های بعدی قرار داشتندنتیجه گیری: در بخش شیلات، استان مازندران دارای بهترین عملکرد میان استان های گیلان، هرمزگان، خوزستان، سیستان و بلوچستان، بوشهر و گلستان است.

Analysis of the Performance of Northern and Southern Provinces in the Fisheries Sector

Aims: Iran has many potential and opportunities for the development of aquaculture with the goal of producing and diversifying food, improving food security, nonoil exports, foreign exchange, and most importantly, generating productive employment directly and indirectly. The aim of this study was to analyze the performance of the northern and southern provinces in the fisheries sector.Instruments and Methods: In this descriptive study, provinces including Bushehr, Khuzestan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Golestan, Guilan, Mazandaran, and Hormozgan were examined by MultiAttribute Decision Making (MADM) and, in particular, the prioritization technique based on the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The data were collected, using the 2015 Statistical Yearbook of Fisheries Organization and the Statistical Yearbook of Iran. Multiattribute decision making (MADM) was used to analyze the data.Findings: Based on the statistics used and the selected indices, Mazandaran had the best performance in the fisheries sector among the provinces. Guilan, Hormozgan, Khuzestan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Bushehr, and Golestan provinces were in the next ranks.Conclusion: In the fisheries sector, Mazandaran province has the best performance among the provinces of Guilan, Hormozgan, Khuzestan, Sistan and Baluchestan, Bushehr, and Golestan.
