بررسی علل وقفه‌های گردش کار پرستاران در بیمارستان‌های دولتی کاشان

مقدمه: وقفه های گردش کار به معنای توقف در فعالیت های انسانی است که در اثر منابع داخلی و خارجی ایجاد گردیده و در حرفه مراقبت سلامت،  ضمن ایجاد خطاهای کاری و به خطرانداختن ایمنی بیماران، کارایی و بهره وری کارکنان را نیز کاهش می دهند. بنابراین شناسایی دقیق منابع و علل بروز وقفه ها به منظور برنامه ریزی جهت کاهش این پدیده و افزایش بهره وری پرستاران  بسیار مهم است. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی منابع ایجادکننده وقفه های گردش کار پرستاران در بیمارستان های دولتی کاشان است. روش بررسی : مطالعه حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی و از نوع کاربردی است که  در سال 1402 بر روی کلیه پرستاران بیمارستانهای دولتی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان انجام شد. نمونه ها به صورت تصادفی در هر بیمارستان بر اساس حجم نمونه برآورد شده انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه خودگزارش دهی وقفه های گردش کار پرستاری جمع آوری شد و تجزیه و تحلیل با استفاده از    spss نسخه 21 انجام گردید.یافته ها:در مجموع 300 پرستار از 330 پرستار پرسشنامه ها را تکمیل کردند که در نتیجه نرخ پاسخ دهی 90.9 درصد به دست آمد. اکثر شرکت کنندگان زن (79.3%)، متاهل (76.7%)، غیر سرپرست خانوار (78.3%) و دارای مدرک لیسانس پرستاری (82.3%) بودند. بیشترین فراوانی وقفه ها در بخش های اتاق عمل، جراحی، بستری روان و آیسیو گزارش شده است. به طور کلی، مهم‌ترین وقفه‌ها مربوط به پاسخگویی به تماس‌های تلفنی، تاخیر در حضور همکاران، خرابی تجهیزات، درخواست‌های ناگهانی بیماران بود.نتیجه گیری:در بیمارستان‌های کاشان، بیشترین میزان وقفه‌های کاری پرستاران در اتاق‌های عمل گزارش شد. بنابراین شایسته است مدیریت پرستاری این بیمارستان‌ها با  اجرای راهکارهای مناسب برای کاهش بروز وقفه‌ها، ایمنی بیمار و کارایی و کیفیت خدمات مراقبت‌های سلامت را در اتاق عمل و سایر بخش‌ها بهبود بخشند. 

investigating workflow interruptions among nurses: operating rooms with the highest frequency of interruptions, what is the role of phone interruptions !?

introduction:workflow interruptions refer to pauses in human activities caused by internal and external resources. in the healthcare profession, these interruptions not only lead to work errors and jeopardize patient safety but also reduce the efficiency and productivity of staff. therefore, accurately identifying the sources and causes of interruptions is crucial for planning to reduce this phenomenon and increase nursing productivity. the present study aims to examine the sources of workflow interruptions among nurses in government hospitals in kashan.method:this descriptive-analytical and applied study was conducted in 2024 on all nurses in government hospitals affiliated with kashan university of medical sciences. samples were randomly selected in each hospital based on the estimated sample size. data were collected using demographic questionnaires and self-reported nursing workflow interruption questionnaires and analyzed using spss version 21.results:a total of 300 nurses out of 330 completed the questionnaires, resulting in a response rate of 90.9%. most participants were female (79.3%), married (76.7%), non-household heads (78.3%), and held a bachelor's degree in nursing (82.3%). the highest frequency of interruptions was reported in the operating rooms, surgery, psychiatric, and icu wards. overall, the most significant interruptions were related to answering phone calls, delays in the presence of colleagues, equipment malfunctions, and sudden patient requests.conclusion:in kashan hospitals, the highest number of nursing workflow interruptions was reported in operating rooms. therefore, the nursing management of these hospitals should implement appropriate solutions to reduce interruptions, thereby improving patient safety and the efficiency and quality of healthcare services in operating rooms and other departments.
