نقش تئوری رفتاری رهبری در مدیریت کلاس درس رشته های علوم پزشکی

مقدمه: تدریس در علوم پزشکی با چالش های متفاوتی همراه است یکی از این چالش ها، انتخاب رویکرد مدیریت کلاس درس با توجه به تنوع در رشته ها، ماهیت متفاوت آنها، تفاوت در بهره هوشی دانشجویان رشته های مختلف و ماهیت تئوری- عملی واحدهای درسی می باشد. با توجه به تنوع مدیریت در تئوری رفتاری رهبری به نظر می رسد می توان این چالش را مدیریت نمود.  هدف مطالعه حاضر تبیین نقش تئوری رفتاری رهبری در مدیریت کلاس درس علوم پزشکی می باشد.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مروری روایتی است که با جستجوی کلید واژگان اصلی به زبان فارسی از جمله مدیریت کلاس درس، نقش معلم، تدریس در بالین، تئوری رفتاری رهبری، و علوم پزشکی و همچنین کلید واژگان انگلیسی c‏linical teaching,  teacher role, leadership behavioral system  , education, classroom management , در پایگاه های داده ای pubmed, google scholar, science direct, ovid, wiley, web of science, magiran and sids,  و در مجلات داخلی و خارجی در بازه زمانی سال های 2000 تا 2023 انجام شده است.یافته ها: 10 مطالعه مرتبط به صورت عمیق و کیفی بررسی شدند. به طور کلی نتایج مطالعات بررسی شده نشان داد که تحقق اهداف آموزشی مستلزم توجه به تغییر و بکارگیری سبک مدیریتی کارآ و اثربخش در اداره کلاس درس و تدوین کوریکولوم است. وجود تنوع در تئوری رفتاری رهبری؛ باعث انعطاف پذیری در انتخاب رویکرد مدیریت کلاس درس با توجه به ماهیت رشته ها، تئوری و عملی بودن واحد درسی، سطح بلوغ دانشجویان و ویژگی های کلاس درس می شود.نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد که آشنایی مدرسان علوم پزشکی با رویکردهای مختلف تئوری رفتاری رهبری جهت مدیریت کلاس درس یک ضرورت است.

the role of leadership behavioral theory in classroom management of medical sciences

background : teaching in medical sciences is associated with different challenges, one of these challenges is the choice of classroom management approach considering the diversity in the fields, their different nature, the difference in the iq of the students of different fields and the theoretical-practical nature of the course units. considering the diversity of management in the leadership behavioral theory, it seems that this challenge can be managed. the main aim of present study is to explain the role of leadership behavioral theory in medical science classroom management.methods : the present study is a narrative review study that by searching the keywords including classroom management, teacher’s role, clinical teaching, leadership behavioral theory, and medical sciences in persian and english language, in databases of pubmed, google scholar, science direct, ovid, wiley, web of science, magiran and sids, and in iranian and foreign journals in the period from 2000 to 2023.findings: 10 related studies were analyzed in depth and qualitatively. in general, the results of the reviewed studies showed that the realization of educational goals requires paying attention to changing and using an efficient and effective management style in classroom management and curriculum development. existence of diversity in leadership behavioral theory; it causes flexibility in choosing the classroom management approach according to the nature of the disciplines, the theory and pravtical nature of the course unit, the maturity level of the students and the teacher’s personality characteristics. conclusion: it seems that familiarizing medical science teachers with different approaches to leadership behavioral theory is a necessity for classroom management.
