طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگویی برای سازگاری پرستاران زن با شرایط پاندمی کرونا؛ رهیافت تحلیل مضمون

مقدمه: پرستاری به عنوان حرفه‌ای سرشار از استرس و هیجانی در نظر گرفته شده ‌است. این روزها بخاطر شیوع کووید-19، رایج‌ترین واکنش ‌هیجانی که پرستاران با آن درگیر هستند، اضطراب است. تحقیق حاضر نیز با هدف طراحی و اعتبارسنجی الگویی برای سازگاری پرستاران با شرایط پاندمی کرونا انجام گرفت.روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، اکتشافی و از لحاظ نوع، توصیفی است که به روش میدانی در دو مرحله‌ی کیفی و کمّی اجرا گردید. نمونه‌ی آماری در مرحله اول 20 نفر از پرستاران زن که به شیوه هدفمند با روش ارجاع زنجیره‌ای (روش گلوله‌برفی) انتخاب گردید. در مرحله دوم تعداد 274 نفر از پرستاران زن شاغل در بیمارستان‌های دانشگاه علوم پزشکی استان اردبیل که به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطّلاعات در مرحله اول، مصاحبه‌ی نیمه‌ساختاریافته و در مرحله دوم، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته منتج از مرحله اول بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات در مرحله اول، از روش تحلیل مضمون و نرم‌افزار atlas-ti در شش گام و در مرحله دوم نیز از آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و از نرم‌افزار smart pls نسخه 3 استفاده گردید.یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، 6 مولفه‌ی اصلی؛ سازگاری ظرفیتی با ضریب 0/890، بازتوانی با ضریب 0/865، ارتباطات با ضریب 0/705، سازگاری معنوی با ضریب 0/894، سازگاری بهداشتی با ضریب 0/741، سازگاری روانی با ضریب 0/859 و 24 مولفه‌ی فرعی به عنوان ابعاد سازگاری پرستاران با شرایط پاندمی کرونا شناسایی شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج پژوهش، سازگاری معنوی بیشترین میزان تاثیرگذاری را در الگوی طراحی‌شده داشته است. بنابراین لازم است مسائل و مشکلات معنوی پرستاران بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گیرد.  

designing and validating a model for adapting female nurses to the conditions of the corona pandemic; thematic analysis approach

introduction: nursing is considered as a stressful and emotional profession. these days, due to the spread of covid-19, the most common emotional reaction that nurses are dealing with is anxiety. the current research was also conducted with the aim of designing and validating a model for adapting nurses to the conditions of the corona pandemic.methods: the current research is exploratory in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of its type, which was carried out using the field method in two stages, qualitative and quantitative. the statistical sample in the first stage was 20 female nurses who were selected in a targeted manner using the chain referral method (snowball method). in the second stage, the number of 274 female nurses working in the hospitals of ardabil university of medical sciences, who were randomly selected by stratification. the tool for collecting information in the first stage was a semi-structured interview and in the second stage, a researcher-made questionnaire resulting from the first stage. for data analysis in the first stage, thematic analysis method and atlas-ti software were used in six steps, and in the second stage, confirmatory factor analysis test and smart pls version 3 software were used.findings: according to the research findings, 6 main components; capacity adaptation with a coefficient of 0.890, rehabilitation with a coefficient of 0.865, communication with a coefficient of 0.705, spiritual adaptation with a coefficient of 0.894, health adaptation with a coefficient of 0.741, psychological adaptation with a coefficient of 0.859 and 24 sub-components they were identified as dimensions of adaptation of nurses to the conditions of the corona pandemic.conclusion: based on the results of the research, spiritual compatibility has had the greatest influence in the designed model. therefore, it is necessary to pay more attention to the spiritual issues and problems of nurses.
